Dear Customer
Thank you and congratulations on choosing the HOMEMATE Hand Mixer. Before using the appliance, please read the following instructions carefully. Connection to the mains supply. The appliance should only be connected to an earthed socket and make sure that the supply voltage corresponds with the voltage marked on the rating label.

Instructions Before Using
Distributors and manufacturers are not responsible for damage to the product in the following cases:

  • The user does not follow the precautions specified in the manual.
  • Improper use of the product.
  • The power supply of the device is not correct.
  • The device is used improperly.
  • Use of the device for commercial purposes or improper use of the device.
  • Improper maintenance of the device
  • Modifying the device in a manner different from its original condition or repairing it incorrectly.
  • Failure to follow the operating instructions given in the manual.
  • Other additional cases may occur.

Important Safety Instruction
When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be followed, including the following:

  1. Before the appliance is used, the main body as well as any attachment fitted should be checked thoroughly for any defects. Should the appliance, for instance, have been dropped onto a hard surface, it must not be used any longer: even invisible damage may have adverse effects on the operational safety of the appliance.
  2. Switch off the appliance before fitting and removing the attachment.
  3. Keep your fingers away from moving parts and the opening on the attachment.
  4. When using the device, make sure that the components are firmly seated. Do well before use.
  5. The unit should be assembled and ready for use before it is plugged in.
  6. While operating the appliance, do not touch the blade or other associated equipment which may be dangerous.
  7. Be aware of pedestrians when using extension cords. Do not hang the power cord in a place within the reach of children.
  8. Always unplug the appliance before replacing or removing the appliance head and before cleaning.
  9. Do not leave the appliance running unattended and do not allow children near the appliance.
  10. Do not move the appliance while it is in operation.
  11. Keep the appliance out of the reach of children. If it is used by children, it must be closely supervised by an adult.
  12. Do not use the appliance if it is damaged. Take the device only to a service center for inspection and repair.
  13. If the power cord or plug is damaged, do not use the appliance under any circumstances. Only have new cords and plugs replaced by customer service.
  14. Do not operate the appliance if the machine head and bowl are not together.
  15. Do not turn on the appliance without the beater head or mixer.
  16. Never immerse the appliance, or power cord, or plug in water or liquids.
  17. Do not allow the power cord to hang within the reach of children.
  18. Do not use the appliance when standing on wet ground. wet hands or appliance.
  19. Use only accessories or parts specifically manufactured for this model. The use of accessories or parts not recommended by the manufacturer or not made for this model may put the user in danger.
  20. This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning the use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
  21. Take extra care when using the appliance around children. The device should be kept out of the reach of children.
  22. Do not put your hands or any tools in the bowl while mixing. Use extreme caution when handling the blade as serious injury or damage may result. When using an appliance, do not scrape the ingredients in the bowl unless the appliance is stopped.
  23. Do not use it outdoors or outside the building.
  24. Do not use for purposes other than those specified in this manual.
  25. Do not place the appliance, plug, and power cords in hot locations or near sources of heat or sharp objects.
  26. This appliance is for household use only and not for commercial applications.

Before First Use

  • Remove all packaging materials and make sure items check that the appliance is in perfect condition.
  • The packaging materials (plastic bags, polystyrene foam, etc.) should be kept out of the reach of children, as they could constitute a safety hazard.
  • Before using it for the first time, clean the various accessories of your appliance carefully. (see cleaning and care).

Description of Parts

To use the chopper

Caution : Blades are sharp. Handle carefully.

  1. Remove the protective cover (8 from the blade of the chopper (7), clean the bowl lid (5), the bowl (9), the rubber sealing ring (6), and the chopper blade unit (7) with the solution. Clean with dishwashing detergent and wipe dry.
  2. Fill the food in the bowl (9) (not more than the maximum indicated level).
  3. Assemble the appliance by attaching the rubber sealing ring (6) to the lid (5), inserting the chopper (7) into the glass jar (9), replacing the lid (5), and then inserting the appliance (3). Check that the wires are not damaged and that the appliance is in the correct position.
  4. Plug in, press either side of the top cover downwards with one hand, and slightly hold the handle of the chopper bowl with the other hand while operating. ( mark”” is for low speed and mark “Il” is for high speed), the indicator light goes on and the appliance starts running
    • Warning : The machine should not work continuously for more than 30 seconds at a time.
  5. If the chopper gets blocked, first stop and unplug the power cord (4) before clearing.
  6. After use, unplug the appliance (4), and dismantle the main body (3) and the bowl lid in sequence (5). Remove the chopper (7) from the glass container (9) by holding the plastic shaft, then pour out the food.
  7. Always switch off and unplug before cleaning. Please refer to the instructions in the “care and cleaning”.

Cleaning and care

  1. Make sure the appliance is unplugged.
  2. Never immerse the mixer in water. Wipe the body and cord with a clean, damp cloth.
  3. Completely dismantle the mixer attachment. Rinse the accessories after use.
  4. The glass jar, lid, seal ring, and chopper (the knife is very sharp, so be extra careful) can be cleaned with detergent. (Do not use too much cleaner or descaling solution).
  5. Do not use abrasives or harsh cleaning solutions for cleaning.
  6. To avoid the risk of electric shock, do not clean the motor unit and the blender stick with water, and do not immerse it in water. Before keeping, wipe the mixer and accessories dry.
  7. Keep it in a secure place and out of reach of children.

Disposal
Do not dispose of old or defective appliances in domestic garbage; this should only be done through public collection points.
