This appliance has a two-year warranty period. During this period the
manufacturer is responsible for any failures that are the direct result of
construction failure. When these failures occur the appliance will be repaired
or replaced if necessary. The warranty will not be valid when the damage to
the appliance is caused by wrong use, not following the instructions, or
repairs executed by a third party. The guarantee is issued with the original
till receipt. All parts, which are subject to wear, are excluded from the
warranty. If your device breaks down within the 2-year warranty period, you
can return the device together with your receipt to the shop where you
purchased it.
The guarantee on accessories and components that are liable to wear and tear
is only 6 months.
The guarantee and responsibility of the supplier and manufacturer lapse
automatically in the following cases:
- If the instructions in this manual have not been followed.
- In case of incorrect connection, e.g., the electrical voltage that is too high.
- In case of incorrect, rough or abnormal use.
- In case of insufficient or incorrect maintenance.
- In case of repairs or alterations to the device by the consumer or non-authorized third parties.
- If the customer used parts or accessories that are not recommended or provided by the supplier /manufacturer.
SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be taken, including the following:
- Read all instructions carefully. Keep this manual for future reference.
- Make sure all packaging materials and promotional stickers have been removed before using the appliance for the first time. Make sure children cannot play with the packaging materials.
- This appliance is intended to be used in household and similar applications such as:
- staff kitchen areas in shops, offices, and other working environments;
- farmhouses;
- by clients in hotels, motels, and other residential type environments;
- bed and breakfast type environments.
- Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
- This appliance can be used by children aged 16 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning the use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children unless they are older than 16 and supervised.
- Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of children younger than 16 years.
- The appliance must be disconnected from its power source when not in use, during service, and when replacing parts. Allow cooling before putting on or taking off parts, and before cleaning the appliance.
- If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.
- CAUTION: In order to avoid a hazard this appliance must not be supplied through an external switching device, such as a timer, or connected to a circuit that is regularly switched on and off by the utility.
- Never leave the appliance unattended while it is functioning.
- Do not use or store this appliance outdoors.
- Do not use this appliance for other than intended use.
- Check carefully that the voltage and frequency of the power net match the indications on the rating label of the appliance. · The plug must be plugged into an appropriate outlet that is installed and grounded in accordance with all local standards and requirements.
- Only use the utensils delivered with the appliance.
- Do not operate this appliance with a damaged cord or plug or in the event the appliance malfunctions or has been damaged in any manner. Return the appliance to the DOMO Service Department or its service agent for examination, repair, or electrical or mechanical adjustment. Do not try to repair the appliance yourself.
- To protect against electrical shock or burns, do not immerse the unit, cord, or plug in water or other liquid.
- Do not operate the appliance with wet hands.
- A short power-supply cord is provided to reduce the risk of becoming entangled in or tripping over a longer cord. DO NOT USE WITH AN EXTENSION CORD.
- Unwrap the cord completely to prevent overheating of the cord.
- Do not let the power supply cord hang over the edge of a counter, or touch hot surfaces.
- Do not allow the power cord supply to run underneath or around the unit.
- Do not use the appliance if there is any water in it or the parts are still wet after cleaning.
- Do not use the appliance without ingredients.
- Handle with great care when using sharp accessories like knives. Only touch the accessories when they stopped moving inside the appliance.
- Failure to maintain this appliance in a clean condition could adversely affect the life of the appliance and possibly result in a hazardous situation.
- Any injury or damage caused by failure to comply with these rules is at your own risk. Neither the manufacturer, importer, or supplier may be held liable.

BEFORE THE FIRST USE
- Take the appliance out of the packaging
- Disassemble the different parts of the appliance and clean all removable parts according to the instructions described in the section ‘Cleaning and maintenance.
- Reassemble all parts when they are dry:
1. Position the seal on the blade assembly. Hold the jar upside down. Screw the blade with a sealing ring onto the jug. Turn over the jar so that the base is at the bottom again.
2. Place the lid on the pitcher. Do so by first securing the nozzle on the left side of the pitcher in the provided recess of the lid, then press the lid with the handle downwards so that it clicks into the safety tab on the handle.
3. Position the measuring cup in the lid and jug and screw it tight in a clockwise direction.
4. Turn the pitcher clockwise on the motor block until you hear a click. The blender is now ready for use.
USE

Make sure that the speed regulation button is at “0ff”.

Put the plugin in the outlet. Place the glass jug on the motor unit. Turn the speed control to ‘on’. The blue 3 function buttons light will flicker.

Fill the container with the desired ingredients. Make sure that you do not exceed the maximum amount of 1.75 l.

Place the lid with the measuring beaker on the pitcher and turn the speed control to the desired speed or the pulse position for quick and delicate mixing.

Or use the function buttons. Set the speed control to the on position and press one of the function buttons:
· Smoothie: this function is perfect for making smoothies. The blender works for 1 minute with the speed varying.
· Auto clean: see section ‘Cleaning and maintenance.
· Ice crush: this function is designed to crush ice cubes. The blender will alternate between on and off for 30 seconds. -
If you want to add ingredients while you are blending, remove the measuring cup from the lid and put the extra ingredients into the jar through this fill opening.

Turn off the blender by setting the speed knob to 0ff.

Unplug the blender after use. Then remove the pitcher from the motor part by turning it anticlockwise.
Caution:
- For each use, the consecutive operation time should not exceed 3 minutes. Between two continuous cycles at least 10 minutes resting time should be maintained. The appliance needs to cool down to room temperature before starting the next blending cycle.
- Never use boiling liquids (maximum 60 °C) or do not use the blender when the jar is empty.
- You cannot select any of the function buttons when using the speed control. First, switch the control to the on position.
- If the pitcher is not mounted correctly, the appliance will not work.
- Always fill with enough liquid to achieve a perfect mixture. We also recommend you add some water to the pitcher when mixing ice cubes with the ‘ice crush’ feature.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
AUTO CLEAN
Always clean the blender immediately after us for easy cleaning. Do not let
food dry in the jar or the blade assembly, this will make them harder to
clean.
- Pour some warm soapy water into the pitcher. Turn the speed control to ‘on’. Press the ‘Auto clean’ button. When the ‘auto clean’ program is finished, the appliance will automatically turn off. Turn the speed control to ‘off’. Then empty the pitcher and rinse it with clean water.
- Unplug the blender before continuing with cleaning.
- Wipe the motor unit clean with a damp cloth and dry thoroughly.
THOROUGH CLEANING
- First, clean the appliance using the ‘auto-clean feature.
- Disassemble the removable parts. Remove the lid from the container and the measuring cup from the lid. Place the jug upside down and unscrew the base in a clockwise direction.
- Clean the measuring cup, the lid, and the jar by hand. These parts are also dishwasher safe.
- Wipe the blade with hot soapy water and rinse under the tap. Do not touch the sharp blades and take extra care. Leave the blade to dry upside down, ensuring it remains out of the reach of children.
- Make sure all parts are dry before reassembling the blender.
Caution:
- Never immerse the motor unit in any liquid to avoid the risk of electrical shock.
- Do not use any rough scouring pads or cleaners on the parts or on the finish of the appliance.
- Store the blender with the lid off. This will help you avoid unpleasant odors.
