INSTRUCTION
MOUNTING VERSIONS
- STANDARD ASSEMBLY OF XLR CONNECTOR
- WITH ASSESSORIES
- CABLE & BOOT ASSEMBLY WITH INSERTION TOOL.
- **ITX-TOP: Cable insertion tool to guide the cable into the boot.
**
STANDARD CABLE ASSEMBLY
-
Cut cable end approx. 45°.
-
Slide the bushing over the cable.
To ease the boot assembly apply some cable pulling lubricant to the cable ends.
CABLE & BOOT ASSEMBLY WITH INSERTION TOOL

Position the Insertion Tool onto the cable.

Wet the tip with mounting fluid.
-
Slide the cable with the tool throught the boot.
-
Remove the tool.
ASSEMBLY INSERT AND CONNECTOR

Cable O.D.Cable O.D.: 5.0: 5.0 – 8.0 mm- 8.0 mm [0.19 – 0.32”][0.19 – 0.32”]

Insert wires into the terminals and SOLDER them.

Put chuck onto the cable.
Attention : Pay attention to the guiding key.
Wiring: 3 pole

Slide insert and chuck together into the housing.
Important: Align the insert by positioning as shown.

Finish the installation by turning the bushing onto the connector.
Attention: S crew the bushing to the end of the thread.
