Plastica SSW MOU 7 Chop Saw

Product Information

The product is an extruder machine with a calibrator attachment. The calibrator is used to shape and size the extruded material. The machine requires proper safety precautions and training for operation.

Product Usage Instructions

  1. Ensure that safety equipment is worn at all times when operating the machine.
  2. Before starting the machine, confirm that a safety check has been completed and signed off. If not, consult a Manager or setter before switching on the machine.
  3. To change the calibrator, remove the six 5mm Allen bolts and nuts that attach the calibrator to the vacuum bath.
  4. Obtain the correct calibrator for the new setup.
  5. Polish and clean the calibrator before inserting it onto the vacuum bath.
  6. Insert the calibrator into the vacuum bath, ensuring that the seal is attached to the calibrator before attachment.
  7. Use the six 5mm Allen bolts and nuts to securely attach the calibrator to the vacuum bath.
  8. Clean the inside of the vacuum bath before starting the machine.
  9. Only operate the machine if trained and authorized by a Manager.
