Usage Notice

  1. Use within the maximum capacity. A void sudden drop of heavy object on the platter
  2. Use under a stable temperature and air flow. Avoid direct sunlight or use near air vent.
  3. Use under individual socket to avoid the interference of other electric appliances.
  4. Put the scale on a firm and flat surface for accurate weighing reading. Adjust the four leveling feet to get the leveling bubble at the center of the circle.
  5. Clear the platter before turning on the scale. It requires 15 ~ 20 minutes to warm up.
  6. For accurate results, place center of the object in the center of platter.
  7. When the low power warning symbol flashes, If not charge immediately, auto shuts down within 5 10 hours or 1 2 hours with backlight. Once it auto shuts down and enters the battery protection mode, it must be charged before it can be used.
  8. Please operate or charge the scale in an open area. Avoid squeezing the power cable, which might cause short circuit within cable and result in fire. B attery temperature should be < 45°C while charging. Red –> charging is in progress. Blue –> The battery is fully charged If scale is fully charged, after plugging in, the blue light will turn on after about 5 ~10 minutes of voltage detection. N ewer scales have symbol. Please unplug the AC power cable and turn scale on to check the battery symbol for the amount of power left
  9. The rechargeable battery is consumables and is not included in the warranty. If scale is not used for some time, recharged it every six months and recharged it before use. Avoid store at a high temperature environment, the ambient temperature should be less than 50
  10. After installing the battery, if no display when power is turned on, please check whether the battery polarity is reversed. The polarity must be installed correctly to avoid battery power wasted away.
  11. When Charging indicator flashes in the charging state, it means there are the following abnormal states, please check
    • a) battery is installed but the contact is poor, please check whether the battery is installed properly
    • b) please check whether the polarity of the battery is reversed.
    • c) When the battery is removed and the AC power cord is still plugged in. When plugged in without the battery installed, there will be a slight frequency conversion sound, which is normal and does not affect the use of the function.
  12. SUBe AirCharges wireless charging pad should be within 2mm of scale. When charging, no metal objects should be placed between the charging pad and scale. Otherweise, it may cause heat or burn. To charge, first plug adaptor into power socket, then place the charging pad in to the indentation at the bottom of the scale and check if the charging light turns on in about 5 seconds. If charging light turns on, charging is in process. If charging light is still off, charging pad is not fully intact in place or it is not detected while sliding in. Please pull out charging pad and install it again
  13. Our product uses a single cell cylindrical 18650 3.7V lithium ion battery. B attery s should be 3.6~3.7V and capacity is not restricted. If the appearance of the battery is deformed, damaged, etc., please do not install it for the safety of use.
