Product Usage Instructions
- Supervisor Responsibilities:
- Speak to all team members at the beginning of each day and inquire about any Coronavirus symptoms since starting work.
- If any team member has symptoms, they should follow PHE guidelines.
- Ensure all staff are aware of their responsibility for others’ safety and advise them to report any symptoms they may have.
- Attendance and Reporting:
- Do not come to work if experiencing any symptoms. Inform the supervisor by phone about your absence.
- Team Collaboration:
- A team of two operators should work together to fully complete one liner.
- If required, another team of two can weld a different liner, but they must use a separate wall to floor welding machine.
- Maintenance and Hygiene:
- Keep each machine clean by the operating team.
- Regularly wash hands and clean machine controls.
- Work Schedule:
- Each team should weld for a maximum of 45 minutes.
- After 45 minutes, the team should separate and engage in other work for 15 minutes while maintaining a safe distance of 2 meters from all staff.
- After the 15-minute break, the team can resume welding the same liner on their dedicated welding machine for another 45 minutes.
- Repeat this cycle until the liner is complete. If needed, the team can start a new liner on their dedicated welding machine.
- Safe Distance:
- Maintain a safe distance at all times when welding.
- If a team member needs to lean across the table, the other team member should walk away from the table and maintain a safe distance of 2 meters until the process is completed.
- Once the process is complete, the team member can return to their seat and continue welding the liner.
- Personal Protective Equipment (PPE):
- All operators must wear a face visor or an FFP3 reusable mask when using the Wall to Floor machine.
- Cleaning:
- At the end of each day, clean all welding machines to ensure their proper functioning.

Repeat no 5 until the liner is complete. If required, a new liner can then be started by this team on their dedicated welding machine.
