Ricochet Off-Road HONDA CRF110 Skid Plate
Installation Instructions for Honda CRF110 Skid Plate (P/N 333)
Steps

Remove the black plastic cover on the left side of the motor.

Insert the pin of the supplied bracket into the small hole on the right side of the engine cylinder.
Swing the bracket up and attach with the supplied 6mm X 16 bolt. -
Insert the supplied 6mm X 120 bolt through the holes on the bracket just below the cylinder and secure with the supplied 6mm nylock nut. Do not tighten yet.

Remove the two forward-facing bolts on the footpeg bar under the motor.

Attach the rear of the skid plate using the supplied 8mm X 40 bolts with washers and the two supplied spacers (tapered end toward the motor). Leave slightly loose.

Swing the skid plate up and attach to the bracket with the supplied 8mm X 25 button head bolts.
Use lubrication on threads. -
Tighten the four button head bolts.

Tighten the bolt on the bracket attaching it to the motor.

Tighten the long 6mm bolt in the bracket. Be careful not to distort the bracket.
Your skid plate installation is now complete. Enjoy your ride!
