Product Information
The product is a vacuum bath extruder used for making pipes. It
is equipped with a water flow system to ensure proper functioning.
The user manual provides instructions on resolving low-pressure
water problems that may occur during operation.
Product Usage Instructions
-
Ensure that you are wearing safety boots at all times when
operating the machine. -
Before starting the extruder to make pipes, check if the water
flow on the vacuum bath is free flowing. -
If you are not obtaining a constant fast flow, there may be a
blockage in the fittings. Follow the instructions below to unblock
them. -
Lift the lid of the vacuum bath, specifically the first
section, using the correct sized spanner. -
Remove the first two rows of fittings. If any fitting is
blocked, gently blow it out with an air gun while wearing
appropriate PPE equipment. -
Once the fitting is free from dirt or obstructions, insert it
back into the vacuum bath. -
Turn on the water and vacuum spray. The flow should have
increased now, indicating successful unblocking. -
Proceed with pipe start up once the flow has improved.
After reading and understanding these instructions, sign the
training confirmation form provided. Ensure that you wear the
required PPE equipment and inform your supervisor or manager
immediately if there are any issues with the machinery.
