PROBLEM WITH HEATS ON EXTRUDER ONE

1| Explain that safety equipment must be used at all times and why – safety
boots must be used at all times when running machines|
2| If the temperature is ok but the reading on the AMP is not in line with the
black dot, then there is a problem with the heater band.|
3| Turn off the power using the switch indicated by the red arrow|
4| Once the power is off you can replace the heater band, green arrow.|
5| After replacing the heater band, turn on the power, red arrow. The amp
should now read to the black dot, yellow arrow|
6| Problem should now be resolved.|
7| Do not use any machine unless trained and authorised by Manager.|

I have received the above training and fully understand every point that
was explained to me. I confirm that I will wear the required PPE equipment
when using the above machinery and take all steps to ensure my own safety. I
will ask for further training if I need to and will immediately inform the
Supervisor or Manager if there are any issues with the machinery.
