Troubleshooting

troubleshooting guide:
Problem: Can not turn on
Possible Causes:
- The auto/sound button is not turned on.
- Power is insufficient.
- The transparent insulation label at the bottom of the remote control is not torn off.
Remedy:
- Check whether the power switch is in AUTO/SOUND mode.
- Ensure the transparent insulation label at the bottom of the remote control is torn off.
- Verify that the power of the host is enough. If not, charge it using the provided USB cable.
Problem: The remote control is insensitive
Possible Cause:
Remote control transmission is not aligned with the product receiver.
Remedy:
Ensure that the remote control is pointed towards the host to receive the
signal. The maximum distance for sending commands to the host is 5 meters. The
product can cover approximately 50 square meters of room area.
Problem: The product makes a humming sound
Possible Causes:
- The brightness is not bright enough.
- The line of the product touches the built-in fan.
- The lubricating oil of the motor is not moist enough.
- The battery may be low.
Remedy:
- Increase the brightness level.
- Ensure that the line of the product does not come in contact with the built-in fan.
- Check and ensure that the lubricating oil of the motor is sufficiently moist.
- If the battery is low, charge it fully.
Problem: Other issues
If the above methods do not resolve the problem, please contact the seller or
refer to the two-year limited warranty provided with the product. For any

Two-Year Limited Warranty
This product is covered by a two-year limited warranty from the date of
purchase. The warranty covers defects in material and workmanship. Normal wear
and tear or damage from neglect or accident are not covered. The warranty is
only applicable to the original purchaser and cannot be transferred. Before
returning the product to the store of purchase, please contact us via email
for possible solutions. Please note that accessories included in this kit are
not covered by the two-year warranty.
