OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
WARNING: FIRE OR EXPLOSION HAZARD
If you smell gas:
- Do not attempt to light the appliance.
- Extinguish any open flame.
- Disconnect from fuel supply.
- Evacuate immediately.
- Allow gas to dissipate for 5 minutes before relighting the appliance.
Failure to follow these instructions could result in fire or explosion, which could cause property damage, personal injury, or death.
FOR YOUR SAFETY
Do not store or use gasoline or other liquids with flammable vapors in the
vicinity of this or any other appliance.
WARNING: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE USE
Read these Instructions carefully before use. Familiarize yourself with the appliance before connecting the gas container. Keep these instructions for future reference.
WARNING
- Use in a well-ventilated location by National Requirements.
- Do not use in wind, breeze, or draught.
- Do not spray aerosols in the vicinity of this oker while it is operating.
- Avoid boiling over and spillage/ Do not overfill cookware.
- Do not use cooking utensils greater than 200mm in diameter.
- Af. Nays remove the unit from all packaging materials before use.
- Do not use or place near other heat sources; such as heaters, electrical appliances, or flammable arlides.
- Do not touch the burner head, drip pan, pan support/trivet, etc. immediately after use or during use.
- Do not smoke while operating the appliance.
- The unit must only be used on a flat, horizontal, stable, non-slip, and non-combustible surface.
- During operation, the unit must not be left unattended and must be controlled by the operator at all times.
- Do not censor move the oker while operating.
- Keep this appliance away from combustible materials during operation.
- Keep minimum clearances of Rear 250mm, Sides 250mm, and Top 1200mm.
- Check that the seals between the appliance and the gas container are in place and in good condition before connecting the gas container.
- Do not use this appliance if it has damaged or worn seals.
- You can use tweezers to pull the bad seal out and put in a new one
- If you suspect that the unit is faulty, do not use
- Do not use this appliance if it is leaking, damaged, or does not operate properly
- Ensure the cartridge is removed from the unit for storage
- Do not leave this appliance unattended while it is in operation

GAS CARTRIDGE PRECAUTIONS
- Do not leave or store fuel cartridges in a place where the temperature exceeds 30oC. Do not store in direct sunlight or heat.
- Do not leave it in the trunk/boot of a vehicle. Do not puncture or incinerate even when empty, as the canister may explode.
- Change gas containers in a well-ventilated location, preferably outside, and away from people and/or any sources of ignition; such as naked flames, pilot flames, electric heaters, or electric equipment.
- Gas containers must be stored outdoors in a well-ventilated area, out of the reach of children. Any indoor storage shall comply wtth Section 2 of AS/NZS1596 – “Minor storage and usage” of LP Gas.
- This appliance shall only be used with the gas cylinders described in this manual. It may be hazardous to attempt to connect the stove to other types of gas containers.
- If the cartridge empties during operation, the flame will gradually diminish and eventually extinguish.
- How to check if the gas cartridge is empty: The cartridge will be light in weight? approximately 105gm. If shaken gently, there should be no sign of liquid inside.
CAUTIONS! READ CAREFULLY BEFORE USAGE
PROCEDURE FOR CHECKING GAS LEAKAGE
If you smell a strong gas odor and/or hear a “hissing” sound, turn the cooker
off immediately. This indicates that there may be a gas leak from the gas
cartridge or appliance.
- Turn the ignition knob to the “O” position and unlock the gas cartridge by releasing the cartridge lock lever to the upward position. If safe to do so, remove and isolate the gas cartridge.
- Open all windows or move the appliance to a well-ventilated location, away from any ignition source.
- Do not use or turn on/off any electrical or gas appliances including telephones). Do not light flames or use any equipment that could cause sparks or flames.
- If there is a gas leak on the appliance and you cannot stop the gas flow or remove the gas cartridge, relocate the appliance to a well-ventilated location away from any ignition source. Only check for leaks outdoors using soapy water. Do not try to detect leaks using a flame. Do not inhale the gas at any time.
- Do not attempt to ignite the cooker any further.
- Contact your dealer for more advice
AUTO SAFETY DEVICE
In the case of long-term or excessive heat near the fuel cartridge, pressure
will build up to set off the safety device. The gas cartridge is automatically
ejected in the event of over-pressure in the gas cartridge and the flame will
be extinguished. The unit will not operate until the gas pressure of the
cartridge returns to the normal range.
HOW TO RESET THE AUTO SAFETY DEVICE
- Turn the control knob to the “O” position.
- Remove the gas cartridge.
- Turn the ignition knob to the “MAX” position and wait 5 minutes to release any excess gas
- Return the ignition knob to the “O” position.
- Push the cartridge lever down to the “LOCK” position and then release it back to the “RELEASE” position.
- Determine the cause of over-pressure, i.e. Stove used in strong direct sunlight, an ooversizedpot/pan has been used, insufficient ventilation, etc.
- Make necessary adjustments, i.e. move to another location, change pot/pan, and if necessary, allow the gas cartridge to cool before re-installing. Another option is to install a fresh cool gas cartridge.
- Follow the procedures to install the gas cartridge and ignition, then re-ignite.
CLEANING & MAINTENANCE
- The unit should be cleaned after each use and maintained at least once every six months. The unit must only be serviced by a licensed electrician or gas fitter.
- If you see a small flame or no flame when using a new cartridge, the injector may be too dirty or even blocked. You can clean the injector with a needle thinner than 0.47mm.
COOKER BODY
- After using the unit, it will be very hot. Wait for at least 10 minutes before moving or storing it.
- Ensure the unit is clean at all times. Only clean the unit after the gas cartridge is removed and the unit has cooled down.
- Clean the cooker body using a damp cloth and, if necessary, dish detergent. Wipe dry.
PAN SUPPORT AND DRIP PAN
Remove the pan support drip the pan and clean it with warm water and, if
necessary, dish detergent.
BURNER HEAD AND SURROUNDINGS
Soil, dirt, oil, dust, grime, etc. can clog the burner and affect the flame.
Clean the burner head with a metal brush and keep it out of water.
IGNITION PLUG
Keep clean and dry. Clean with a dry cloth.
STORING THE APPLIANCE
When the appliance is not in use, keep it in a safe place where:
- it is not in contact with other appliances,
- it is protected from dust and dirt, it is dry,
- it is away from heat and direct sunlight.
HOW TO USE WITH BUTANE CARTRIDGE
PLACE THE PAN SUPPORT ONTO BASE (SEE PICTURE)
INSTALL BUTANE CARTRIDGE
Open the cartridge cover.
- The cartridge must be a Campana butane cartridge complying with EN 417.
- Ensure the ignition knob is in the “O” position and the cartridge lever is in the “RELEASE” position.
- If the ignition knob is not completely in the “O” position, the cartridge cannot be engaged into the “LOCK” position.
- Place the cartridge into the compartment. Align the RE cartridge properly by inserting the cartridge guide tab of the unit into the cartridge slot on the rim of the canister.
- Lock in place by pushing the cartridge lever down to the “LOCK” position and then closing the cartridge cover.
- Ensure the cartridge is positioned properly, and the cartridge lever is in the “LOCK” position.
- Check the gas leak at the connection with soapy water. Bubbles mean there is a leak and the stove can’t be used anymore.
- If everything is correct, you can now turn on the unit.
CAUTION : Incorrect positioning of the gas cartridge will cause the burner to break and/or leak which will produce a hissing sound, and/or the smell of gas. In this case, please follow the “Procedures for Gas Leakans ”
IGNITE
Turn the ignition knob counter-clockwise until you hear a “click” sound. If
the burner does not light, repeat the ignition procedure. A flaring phenomenon
may occur during a warm-up period or if the appliance is moved. The flaring
will stop within one minute or when it stops moving.
CONTROL FLAME
The size of the flame can be regulated by turning the ignition knob slowly
toward the “O” position from the “MAX” position.
TURN OFF
- Turn the ignition knob clockwise to the “O” position. The flame will automatically be cut off and no gas will be supplied.
- The flame should extinguish before the ignition knob is turned completely to the “O” position.
- Ensure the flame is extinguished.
REMOVE BUTANE CARTRIDGE
- Raise the cartridge lever to the “RELEASE” position.
- Open the cartridge cover and then take the cartridge out.
- Ensure the ignition knob is at the “O” position.
BURN OFF REMAINING FUEL
Some fuel may remain in the gas cock after the unit has been turned off. For
your safety, with the cartridge lever in the “RELEASE” position, turn the
ignition knob to the “MAX” position to burn off any remaining fuel.
HOW TO SET THE STOVE UP WITH A 1 LB PROPANE CYLINDER
CONNECTING
- Ensure you are using the right model
- Ensure the valve is set to “off” position
- Screw the nut on the regulator hose clockwise to connect the regulator to the stove. Only use the regulator provided by the same manufacturer of the gas stove.
- Screw the 1 Ib propane cylinder onto the gas regulator tightly by hand. Place the cylinder into a base, provided by the same manufacturer, to keep it upright.
Check for gas leaks at the gas connection with soapy water. Bubbles mean there is a leak and the stove can’t be used anymore
DISCONNECTING
- Any time you want to stop the using device, disconnect the gas cylinder before disconnecting the regulator from the stove.
- Unscrew the nut of the regulator hose counterclockwise to disconnect the regulator from the stove.
- Never turn the cylinder upside down when in use.
- Always keep the hose away from the top of the stove.
HOW TO USE THE CONNECTOR
(to connect the stove to a big gas cylinder):
- Connect the connector to a gas hose
- Connect the other end of the hose to a gas cylinder
- Ensure there is no leak on either fitting of each end of the hose
Using the big cylinder as a fuel supplier:
- Release the small butane cartridge.
- Turn the knob to the close position.
- Take the cartridge out of the stove.
- Pull the connector (together with the hose) through the hole of the back panel.
- Screw the connector into the regulator.
- Connect the other end of the hose to the big gas cylinder.
- Ensure there are no leaks anywhere.
- Open the valve of the gas cylinder.
- Turn the knob to ignite the stove (No need to push the lever down when using a big cylinder.
- When finished, close the cylinder’s valve first, then close the stove’s valve.
- Dissemble the gas connector and get it away from the stove.
- Keep the connector and the hose in a safe place for the next use.
DANGER: CARBON MONOXIDE HAZARD This appliance can produce carbon monoxide which has no odor. Using it in an enclosed space can kill you. Never use this appliance in an enclosed space such as a camper, tent, car, or home. Arrange the cylinder supply system to provide a proper fuel withdrawal from the operation cylinder. The stove should not be exposed to flammable vapors or liquids during lighting.

Note : Observe flame height and color when lit. The flame should have a blue center and yellow tip.

The LP-gas cylinder(s) used with the stove must be constructed and marked by the specifications for LP-gas cylinders of the U.S. Department of Transportation or Transport Canada, the Standard for Cylinders, Spheres and Tubes for the Transportation of Dangerous Goods, CAN/CSA B339.
Limited Year Warranty
This product is warranted against manufacturing and workmanship defects for
one (1) year from the original date of purchase. This warranty will be
annulled if the appliance has been modified or if used not by this user guide
in regards to operation and safety guidelines. Distribution Pro Excellence
Inc. is not responsible for damages to material, bodily harm, or any accident
or injury resulting from negligence or operation not the user guide in regard
to operation and safety guidelines. This warranty is valid for the original
retail purchaser from the date of the initial retail purchase (it is not
transferable). Proof of purchase is required to obtain warranty performance
and the purchaser must have the original sales receipt.
What this warranty does not cover?
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear of parts, parts that are
not original, genuine parts from the supplier, or damage resulting from any of
the following:
- negligent use or misuse of the product;
- commercial use of the product;
- use contrary to the operating instructions;
- disassembly, repair, or alteration by anyone other than the supplier or an authorized service center.
Further, the warranty does not cover fire, flood, hurricanes, or tornadoes. The warranty is void if damage to the product results from the use of a part other than a genuine part from the supplier.
THE SUPPLIER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DEFECTS THAT ARE CAUSED BY THE USE OF UNAUTHORIZED PARTS OR SERVICE. THE SUPPLIER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES CAUSED BY THE BREACH OF ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OR CONDITIONS. EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE IS LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THE ABOVE WARRANTY OR CONDITIONS. SOME STATES, PROVINCES, OR JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS THAT VARY FROM STATE TO STATE OR PROVINCE TO PROVINCE.
