Product Information
The projector is designed to provide up-to-date benefits from features, applications, and bug improvements. It is recommended to keep the projector firmware updated for optimal performance. The latest firmware version available is v1.1.0, which includes various details and feature improvements.
Product Usage Instructions
- Prepare a USB flash drive and format it to the FAT32 disk format.
- Download the new firmware from the BenQ website. Go to Support > Software & Driver > Firmware and save the firmware file to your USB flash drive.
- Turn on your projector.
- Insert the USB flash drive into the Media Reader port of the projector.
- Press the Projector Menu button on the remote control.
- In the Projector Menu, navigate to Advanced menu > System > Firmware Upgrade and press OK.
- The system will restart once the firmware update is completed.

How to Update Device Firmware

Prepare a USB flash drive and format the USB to FAT32 disk format

Download the new firmware from the BenQ website
(Support > Software & Driver > Firmware) and save it to your USB flash drive -
Turn on your projector

Insert the USB flash drive into the Media Reader port

Press the Projector Menu button on the remote control
