BATTERY REPLACEMENT
battery almost flat
BATTERIES NOT INCLUDED
Only use new 1,5V Alkaline AA (LR6) batteries, with an expiry date exceeding one year and that have never been used. Replace the batteries at the beginning of each season. When the batteries are completely flat, the control unit automatically stops its functions and closes the valves. Replace the batteries within 2 minutes of removing them, otherwise programming will be lost. Every time you remove the batteries, the timer resets the current time to the time the batteries are inserted. Never replace the batteries during irrigation, otherwise the water will continue to flow at the end of the cycle.
RAIN SENSOR (optional)
Remove the bridge connector on the timer (1). Insert the Rain Sensor connector
(2A).
Irrigation will not start if the container is full (at least 5 mm of
rainfall). The irrigation cycle in progress will stop within 1 minute of the
container being filled. Alternatively, insert the Rain Sensor RF interface
(2B). The irrigation cycle will not start if the container is full. The
irrigation cycle in progress will stop within 5 minutes of the container being
filled.
INSTALLATION
Do not install the water timer inside valve boxes, below ground level or indoors. Do not use the water timer with operating pressures lower than 0.5 bar (7.3 psi) or higher than 10 bar (145psi).

Press “M” repeatedly until the display shows:
– D : watering run time of the selected programme (the number of minutes
watering takes place);
Press “F” repeatedly until the display shows:
– E : watering frequency (time between two successive watering cycles).

certain that the programmes run correctly. Do not use the water timer with
chemicals or liquids other than water.
At the end of the season, before the winter frosts, disconnect the timer from
the tap, remove the batteries and store the timer in a sheltered place, away
from damp, where the temperature does not fall below 3°C.
