HYUNDAI MOBIS IBU-4E14 ECU Smart Key
Product Information
The SMART KEY ECU is a part of the START-STOP BUTTON SYSTEM. It is responsible for outputting the LF (125kHz) signal when the button of the door handle or SSB (Start-Stop Button) is pressed. The LF signal is used for engine start, door lock/unlock, and trunk release. The SMART KEY ECU operates at a voltage range of 9V to 16V and has a dark current of 5mA max. It operates at a frequency of 125kHz and uses ASK (Amplitude Shift Keying) modulation. The ECU has a coil antenna (Tx) and PCB pattern antenna (Rx) for signal reception.

Telegram message
The SMART KEY ECU uses a telegram message to communicate with the Fob (key). The telegram consists of different frames with specific bit sizes. The frames include Preamble, Synchronization, Wake UP ID, DATA, LF_CMD, VID, SP BIT, CRC, Rssi_Meas_Num, and more. -
FCC/ISED Notice
