Product Usage Instructions
- Insert the harp (Part D) by squeezing the sides and placing it on the saddle (Part E) of the fixture assembly (Part F).
- Install the bulb (Part C) into the socket. This fixture is rated for a 60-watt type A19 lamp. Do not exceed the recommended wattage!
- Carefully remove the protective covering from the shade (Part B). Place the shade over the harp (Part D) and secure it with the finial (Part A).
- Plug the cord (Part G) into the wall outlet.
- Turn on the switch located on the socket to activate the light.
WARNING/CAUTION
- DISCONNECT POWER BEFORE RE-LAMPING OR WIRING THE FIXTURE. READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS COMPLETELY BEFORE STARTING INSTALLATION.
- TO AVOID THE RISK OF FIRE OR SHOCK, FIXTURE MUST BE INSTALLED IN COMPLIANCE WITH ALL APPLICABLE NATIONAL AND LOCAL ELECTRICAL/BUILDING CODES. THE INSTALLATION ANDMAINTENANCE OF THIS UNIT SHOULD BE COMPLETED BY A LICENSED ELECTRICIAN OR CERTIFIED FACTORY TRAINED TECHNICIAN.

- UNPACK FIXTURE, PARTS AND PARTS BAG(S) BEFORE DISCARDING THE CARTON. MAKE CERTAIN THAT ALL PARTS ARE FOUND. INSPECT THE FIXTURE PRIOR TO INSTALLATION FOR ANY DAMAGE. HVLG DOES NOT PAY OR REIMBURSE ELECTRICIAN FEES. FIXTURE MAY NOT BE RETURNED ONCE IT HAS BEEN INSTALLED. SEE WARRANTY FOR EXCEPTIONS.
- PLEASE CLEAN WITH A SOFT, DRY CLOTH ONLY! DO NOT USE CLEANSERS.
FIXTURE INSTALLATION
- Insert the HARP (D) by squeezing the sides and placing on the SADDLE (E) of the FIXTURE ASSEMBLY (F)
- Install the BULB (C) into the socket. THIS FIXTURE IS RATED FOR 60 WATT TYPE A19 LAMP. DO NOT EXCEED THE RECOMMENDED WATTAGE!
- Carefully remove the protective covering the SHADE (B), place the SHADE (B) over the HARP (D) and secure with the FINIAL (A).
- Plug the CORD (G) into the wall outlet. Turn the switch on the socket.
