Product Usage Instructions
- Screw the FIXTURE ASSEMBLY (A) onto the TUBE (E) of the fixture.
- Screw the TUBE (E) onto the BASE (F) of the fixture.
- Attach the SHADE (B) onto the FIXTURE ASSEMBLY (A) and secure it with the RING (C).
- Screw the BULB (D) into the SOCKET of the fixture. Ensure that it is a 60 Watt Type G16.5 lamp and do not exceed the recommended wattage.
- Plug the CORD (G) into the wall outlet and turn on the switch on the cord to activate the light.
WARNING/CAUTION
- DISCONNECT POWER BEFORE RE-LAMPING OR WIRING THE FIXTURE. READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS COMPLETELY BEFORE STARTING INSTALLATION.
- TO AVOID THE RISK OF FIRE OR SHOCK, FIXTURE MUST BE INSTALLED IN COMPLIANCE WITH ALL APPLICABLE NATIONAL AND LOCAL ELECTRICAL/BUILDING CODES. THE INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE OF THIS UNIT SHOULD BE COMPLETED BY A LICENSED ELECTRICIAN OR CERTIFIED FACTORY TRAINED TECHNICIAN.

- PLEASE CLEAN WITH A SOFT, DRY CLOTH ONLY! DO NOT USE CLEANSERS.
FIXTURE INSTALLATION
- Screw the FIXTURE ASSEMBLY (A) on the TUBE (E) of the fixture.
- Screw the TUBE (E) on the BASE (F) of the fixture.
- Attach the SHADE (B) onto the FIXTURE ASSEMBLY (A) and secure with the RING (C).
- Screw the BULB (D) into the SOCKET of the fixture. THIS FIXTURE IS RATED FOR 60 WATT TYPE G16.5 LAMP. DO NOT EXCEED THE RECOMMENDED WATTAGE!
- Plug the CORD (G) into the wall outlet. turn on the switch on the cord.
