Instructions

Read and understand all steps in the instructions before starting the installation.
Park the motorcycle on a hard, level surface and turn off the ignition. Allow the engine and exhaust system to fully cool before starting the installation to prevent injury.
Use the suggested tools: Set of Hex Wrenches and Socket Set with Ratchet.
Strictly observe the following guidelines to use the product properly and avoid potentially dangerous accidents.
Locate the left (sitting on bike) mount from the parts included. Ensure you have the correct mount before proceeding with the installation.
Visually inspect the angle where the arm will be attached. The mount should be angled slightly back, toward the rider, not forward.
Use the supplied anti-seize for any chrome-to-chrome fasteners. This will prevent galling and make future removal of fasteners easier.
Install the clamp and arm assembly on the engine guard, ensuring that the angle goes towards the rear of the bike.
Mini Arms are suggested to be mounted above the engine guard to avoid a great reduction in cornering clearance.

LIMITED WARRANTY

Küryakyn warrants that any Küryakyn products sold hereunder, shall be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase by the consumer excepting the following provisions:

Küryakyn shall have no obligation in the event the customer is unable to provide a receipt showing the date the customer purchased the product(s).
The product must be properly installed, maintained and operated under normal conditions.
Küryakyn makes no warranty, expressed or Küryakyn makes no warranty, expressed or implied, with respect to any gold plated products.
Küryakyn shall not be liable for any consequential and incidental damages, including labor and paint, resulting from failure of a Küryakyn product, failure to deliver, delay in delivery, delivery in nonconforming condition, or for any breech of contract or duty between Küryakyn and a customer.
Küryakyn products are often intended for use in specific applications. Küryakyn makes no warranty if a Küryakyn product is used in applications other than intended.
Küryakyn electrical products are warranted for one (1) year from the date of purchase by the consumer. L.E.D.’S contained in components of Küryakyn products will be warranted for defects in materials and workmanship for 3 years from the date of purchase where as all other components shall be warranted for one(1) year. This includes, but is not limited to; control modules, wiring, chrome & other components.
Küryakyn makes no warranty of any kind in regard to other manufacturer¹s products all warranties made by the manufacturer and where possible, will expedite the claim on behalf of the customer, but ultimately, responsibility for disposition of the warranty claim lies with the manufacturer.

PROCEDURE

STEP 1 Read and understand all steps in the instructions before starting the installation. Park the motorcycle on a hard, level surface; turn off the ignition and allow the engine to cool.

CAUTION! Ensure that the installation of this product does not interfere with the proper operation of the motorcycle before riding.

CAUTION! It is the installer’s responsibility to ensure that there is adequate clearance between the drink holder and any painted surfaces. Küryakyn is not responsible for any damage due to inadequate clearance.

CAUTION! Be aware of any cables/wires that could potentially be pinched or crushed while using this product.

NOTE: The Snap N Go Drink Holder has two different mounting options.

MOUNT OPTION 1: Use the 1” clamp on the handle bar

STEP 1 Bolt the Drink Holder 1” clamp to the handle bar with the two screws and nuts provided in the kit.

STEP 2 Install the 1/4-20 x 2-1/4″ Hex Head Cap Screw, 1” sleeve, and a wave washer through the clamp.

STEP 3 Use another wave washer and the acorn nut to secure the bolt to the clamp.

STEP 4 Slide the Drink Holder over the bolt and sleeve. Line up the head of the bolt with the cut out on the bottom side of the drink holder, and snap it into place.

MOUNT OPTION 2: Use a bolt and spacers from the kit and bolt it to the clutch or brake perch on the handlebars

STEP 1 Remove a stock bolt from the clutch or brake perch mount.

STEP 2 Install the 1/4-20 x 2-1/2″ Hex Head Cap Screw or M6 x 1 x 60MM Hex Head Cap Screw (be sure to use the correct bolt for your application) with the 1” sleeve and aluminum spacers in place of the bolt that was removed in step 1, tighten the bolt. Be sure to use the correct bolt for your application.

NOTE Test fit each of the bolts in the kit before assembly

STEP 3 Slide the Drink Holder over the bolt and sleeve then line up the head of the bolt with the cut out on the bottom side of the drink holder, and snap it into place.

ATTENTION! It is the installer’s responsibility to ensure that all of the fasteners (including pre-assembled) are tightened before operation of the motorcycle. Küryakyn will not issue a warranty on components lost due to improper installation. Periodic maintenance may be required.

TO PREVENT POSSIBLE LOSS OF CONTROL, WHICH COULD RESULT IN A POSSIBLE INJURY OR DEATH, WE DO NOT RECOMMEND REMOVING AND REPLACING CUP WHILE

RIDING THE MOTORCYCLE. BEVERAGE CARRIER INSTALLATION

STEP 1 Hold the Beverage Carrier under the drink ring.

STEP 2 As shown in PIC 2, each of the three straps will go around the drink ring from the outside to the inside.

STEP 3 Snap each of the three arms to the snaps (PIC 2) located inside the drink holder.
