ASSEMBLING THE FIXTURE (Fig.1)

Assembly Instruction

  1. Shut off the power at the circuit breaker box. Remove old fixture and all hardware from Junction Box. Carefully unpack your new fixture and lay out all the parts on a clear area. Take care not to lose any small parts necessary for installation.

  2. By measuring, determine correct tube length needed for proper hanging height. Slide the electrical wires and safety cable through the pipe thread(K), raise the pipe thread(K) to the top center hex coupling of the lamp body(P), by turning it clockwise until tight, and lock it with the hex nut.

  3. Slide the electrical wires and safety cable through the tube(J)/cover(I)/ring(H), needed tubes(G,F,E,D,B) and check ring(C) and canopy(A) and assembled ceiling joint. Note: The electrical wires and safety cable each through to the side coupling hole of the assembled ceiling joint.

  4. Raise the tube(J) and cover(I) to the center pipe thread(K), lock it securely with the ring(H), raise the other tubes and assembled ceiling joint to the screw pipe nipple in order, then by turning it clockwise until tight. HANGING THE FIXTURE (Fig.1 Please see the Page.2)
IMPORTANT: For a safe and secure installation, this fixture must be installed by means of support that is independent of the junction box.

  5. Provide a 1/4” IPS pipe screw with one end securely mounted to a beam or a structural member. The other end should protrude through the center of the junction box as shown. The junction box is not included.

  6. Assemble the hex nuts, lock washer, hex coupling(the end of assembled fixture body) to center 1/4”IPS support pipe and adjust overall length to allow the lock ring to hold the canopy flush to the ceiling. When the adjustments have been completed, secure the three (3) hex nuts until tight, as shown.

  7. IMPORTANT: you must, run the safety cable through the two clamp bolts, then through the top of the junction box and secure to structural member. NOW, fasten the end of safety cable through the two clamp bolts(see fig.1), lock them securely with the four small hex nuts until tight.

  8. Connect the electrical wires as Shown in Fig.3, making sure that all wire nuts are secured. You may have to wrap the connections with electrical tape. If your Junction Box has a ground wire (green or bare copper), connect the fixture ground wire to it. Otherwise connect fixture’s ground wire directly to the assembled ceiling loop’s coupling with the screw provided. After wires are connected, tuck them carefully inside the Junction Box. Slide the canopy(A) onto the Junction box, lock it securely with the check ring(C) until tight.

  9. Install the light bulbs(Not included) in accordance with the fixture specifications.
NOTE: DO NOT EXCEED THE SPECIFIED WATTAGE!

  10. Raise the crystal pole(L) onto the top center small screw of the lamp body(P), by turning it clockwise until tight, using the same method install the outside crystal pole(M). Raise the crystal pole(N) insert to the inside lap of ring shelf, raise the crystal pole(O) insert to the outer lap of ring shelf.

Your installation is now complete. Return power to the junction box and test the fixture.
