The appliance’s accessories become very hot during use. Avoid contact with the skin. Make sure that the supply cord never comes into contact with the hot parts of the appliance.

Any error when connecting the appliance can cause irreparable harm, not covered by the guarantee.

For additional protection, the installation of a residual current de- vice (RCD) having a rated residual operating current not exceeding 30 mA is advisable in the electrical circuit supplying the bathroom. Ask for an installer for advice. – Burn hazard. Keep appliances out of reach from young children, particularly during use and cool down.

– Always place the appliance with the stand, if any, on a heat-resistant, stable flat surface. -

BEFORE FIRST USE
Before first use, make sure that the battery is charged and your hair is dry.
USING THE APPLIANCE
Your hair must be dry, clean, and tangle-free to avoid damaging it.
- Do not use the appliance on synthetic hair (wigs, extensions, etc.).
- Take a small section of hair a few centimeters wide, comb it, and place it between the plates. Close the plates firmly and slide the appliance slowly down the length.
- The ceramic coating of the plates protects your hair against excessive temperatures, by distributing the heat in a uniform manner.
- Do not clean your appliance with abrasive or corrosive products.
How should you recharge your straightener battery?
- Insert the main cable plug to the power supply, and connect the transformers: the charge LED light will flash.
- The appliance needs 3 hours to be completely charged: the charge LED light will stop flashing when the appliance is completely charged.
To help you decide the most suitable straightening temperature for your hair here’s a guide :
- From 160°C for fragile, fine, colored, or discolored hair: when the green LED stops flashing, the appliance is ready to use.
- From 200°C for healthy, resistant, robust hair: when the red LED stops flashing, the appliance is ready to use.
How should you touch up your straight hair?
- Select the desired temperature.
- Place the section of hair that must be touched up between the plates, at the roots.
- Close the plates and glide the straightener along with the hair to the ends.
How should you touch up your curl/style your hair?
- Select the desired temperature.
- Place the section of hair that must be touched up between the plates, at the roots (as if you were straightening your hair).
- Turn the appliance through a half-turn (180°).
- Slowly slide the appliance down.
How should you recharge your phone?
- Put your thermo-resisting cap on your straightener.
- Be sure your switch is OFF.
- Charge your phone by using your phone’s USB cable.
With this function, your plate can warm-up, please be careful.
CLEANING/ RECYCLING
WARNING: Always remove the plug and leave the appliance to cool down on a heat-resistant, flat, stable surface before cleaning.
- Never immerse your appliance in water or any other liquid.
- To clean your appliance: unplug it, allow it to cool down completely, then wipe it down with a damp cloth and dry using a dry cloth.

This appliance uses a battery. To protect the environment, do not throw away
dead batteries, instead, take them to a battery collection point. Do not
dispose of household waste.
Recycling the batteries
Before removing the Li-ion batteries, discharge them completely. Open the
battery compartment using a tool, cut all the connections and then recycle the
batteries in a safe manner.
