Assembly instructions for D100

D100 MED3185 Azalea Assist Wheel

Remove wheels on both sides.

Remove adapter plates from the wheelchair.

Check the correct placement for the stop pins and that the anti-tip devices and the battery box are removed.
NOTE! Use original anti-tip devices for the wheelchair.

Assembly the bracket and brake spacer (right side) according to picture.

Assemble the back rested battery bag on the wheelchair.
