Using the Device

• Plug it into the respective ports on your devices
• Charge your laptop*, tablets, or phones
  • Charging a high-power (>65W) laptop using a USB-C PD port requires a 5A rating USB-C cable with an embedded E-mark chip.
• Use PD PPS1 and PD PPS2 for optimal charging.

• The IntelliSense technology automatically identifies the charging current of your device and charges at full speed.
• USB Power Delivery (PD) is a fast charging technology that allows compatible devices to charge quickly over a USB-C connection (requires USB-C to Lightning Cable for iPhone 14 Pro Max/14 Pro/14 Plus/14/13 Pro Max/13 Pro/13/12 Pro Max/12 Pro/12/12 Mini/11 Pro Max/11 Pro/11/SE/XR/ XS Max/XS/X/8 Plus/8).
• Quick Charge 3.0 can charge compatible devices up to 4X faster than the conventional 5W charger. Please note that iOS does not support the quick charge function, this charger will act as a conventional charger, which can provide a max 1A current for Apple Devices.
• This AC Adapter is for information technology equipment use only.
• This AC Adapter is for indoor use only.
• For chargers with detachable plugs, only UK plugs shall be used in Singapore.
• This AC adapter can output more than 100W. Please ensure that products powered by this AC adapter can accept input greater than 100W, and monitor the adapter while charging.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q1: What should I do if charging is slow on PD PPS3 when the Type-A port is in usage?
A1: Power OFF and ON the charger to allow it to restart to redistribute the power output

Q2:Why does the charging process keep restarting?
A2: When multiple ports are used at the same time, the power will be cut off 2-3 times due to circuit protection. The charger will automatically restart to match the respective fast charging protocols and redistribute power output
