Product Description

• Designed for the Elite Gamer: Designed with the heavier Charging Base and Elite Strap Support, the Upgraded Headset and Controller Charging Stand is more stable and safer to charge your headset or your Elite Strap with Battery simultaneously.

• Unified Design: Designed with the Quest 2 in mind, this
  stand provides a one-item platform for all of your Quest 2 components. Easily store all of your components in one place, and stop paying for batteries with the rechargeable ones that come with the kit.

• Charging Indicators: Each controller charging dock has a charging indicator to show its current charging status and the support column will also illuminate with an orange or blue light to show its current charging status. The charging indicators and support column will illuminate with an orange light to indicate that the controllers and headset are charging. The light will turn blue when the controllers and headset are fully charged

• Intelligent Protection: The charging dock is equipped with an intelligent chip that helps protect against common issues. The chip will automatically detect and disable charging if the charging speed is too fast or if the controller becomes too hot. In this situation, the controller indicators will turn off. Please remove and reinsert the controller back into the charging base after the temperature drops to room temperature to start charging the controller again.

Assembly Instructions

Step 1: Find the Cable Clip and Headset Support from the package. Peel off the tape backing from the Cable Clip , and attach the Cable Clip to the Headset Support. Align these two parts as shown, and press them firmly against each other.

Step 2: Attach the Elite Strap Support to the Headset Support. Then slide the combined Headset Support onto the Support Column and press down firmly to ensure they are attached as shown in the image below.

Step 3: Remove the Magnetic USB-C Connector from the Magnetic Charging Cable. Insert the USB-A power port of the Magnetic Charging Cable into the Headset Cable Power Port on the charging base and put the Charging Cable into the Cable Clip , as shown in the image below.

Step 4: Insert the Magnetic USB-C Connector into the USB-C charging port on your headset/elite strap with battery to supply power. Place the headset onto the Headset Support as shown below.

Notes: If you want to charge your headset and your Elite Strap with Battey simultaneously, please connect the headset and Elite Strap with the Elite Strap power cable. Please remove the Magnetic USB-C Connector with the Removal Tool.

Step 5: Remove the original battery covers from the controllers and take out the batteries. Install the provided Rechargeable Controller Batteries. ensuring that the battery is properly aligned and that the metal sheets on the battery align with the metal contacts on the outer frame of the battery compartment. Then close the provided battery cover. Do this with both controllers.

Note: ONLY use the provided controller batteries and battery covers to charge the controller. Note which battery cover corresponds with which controller to ensure you do not mix them up. Failure to use the product as directed could cause damage to the product or the Quest controllers.

Step 6: Place the controllers into the controller charging docks. Insert the USB-C end of the Power Cable into the USB-C Power Input Port on the Charging Base. Plug the Power Adapter into a power source. After the controllers are placed in the charging slots. the corresponding controller charging indicators will light up.

Note: If the controller charge indicator lights do not light up. this indicates that the controller does not have a good connection to the charging pin. Please remove and reinsert the controller. If this does not fix the issue please check to make sure that the battery is correctly inserted into the controller.

Notes

• Only use the provided charging cable. power adapter. batteries. and other accessories that the package comes with to power the unit. Using any other power adapter or cables may cause damage to the unit.
• Do not place the battery on any metal surfaces or tables. If both metal tabs on the battery touch a metal object it will discharge the battery. potentially causing damage to the battery or the surface. and could potentially result in injury.
• Do not stick foreign objects into any of the openings on this unit. You may damage the unit or cause harm to yourself.
• When this unit is not in use. It is recommended that you unplug it from the power source.
• Only use on a flat. horizontal surface.
• The unit cannot be used and/or stored in high humidity conditions. Keep this unit dry.
• Please use a dry cloth to clean the unit. Do not clean the unit with water or alcohol. The water or alcohol will flow into the unit along the heat-dissipation holes. which will damage the unit due to the short circuit. When cleaning. please unplug the unit first.
• To ensure the longevity and lifespan of the unit. protect it from dust and do not place other consoles or objects on it.
• If the unit is damaged. please exercise the warranty or dispose of the item. Do not attempt to open and repair it independently.
• Keep away from small children due to potential shock hazards.
