COSTA DEL SILENCIO
This is the perfect place for excursions, scuba diving, snorkeling, walking and sport, close to Montaña Amarilla and near the small port of Las Galletas, where you can book various activities and excursions with jet ski or catamaran. You can find tennis courts, well equipped parks for fitness activities and only a few km from the golf club Los Palos to spend relaxing moments with friends.
THE APARTMENTS
The apartments are fully furnished, have a living room, Smart TV 43” with Netflix, Disney+, Prime video and international channels, Wi-Fi, sofa bed, well equipped kitchen with fridge, oven, ceramic hob, toaster, microwave, kettle and washing machine, bathroom with bath/shower and hairdryer, bedroom with built-in wardrobe and small balcony or terrace with exterior patio furniture.

Please make yourselves at home! Have a look through the cupboards to familiarize yourself with the contents of the property. The property is spotless with clean bedding on the beds and clean towels in the cupboards.
If you find anything to not be to your satisfaction, please inform us as soon as possible on arrival at the property.

Inside The Property

WiFi – Internet
On the table, near the lamp, you can find the Wi-Fi name and password for the Wi-Fi connection.
Security & Doors
I am usually available to meet the guests and give them the keys, but if this is not possible the keys are inside the key safe that is located on the beam of the porch on the terrace or close to the door. I’ll give you the combination closer to the date of arrival. The safe is in the bedroom.
Recommendation: always lock the green door of the terrace.
Kitchen
The kitchen is well equipped with everything you will need, there is also a coffee machine and electric kettle, spices, oil, salt, sugar and various types of tea and coffee are available from local shops. The welcome package includesa bottle of water, fruit and chocolates, there is also a complimentary bottle of Eureka wine that I source from a local vineyard on the island, please enjoy it, but do not throw away the bottle and if you wish to purchase more wine, please, contact me.
Recommendation: Do not use the hob and oven at the same time.
Bedrooms
The mattresses are new and are medium-hard. If you would like to make the bed softer, let me know: if available, I will provide a mattress topper. There will be an ironing board located behind the door. There will be an iron inside the bedroom cupboard. A cot may be provided at a small additional cost.
Living Room
In the living room there is a sofa bed, very easy to open. The TV is a Smart TV with Netflix, Disney+ and Amazon Prime Video, always use the account indicated on the information sheet. You can also use the TEEVEEING application to see all English, French, German and other international channels. In the living room, there is also a fan and an electric heater inside the TV cupboard.
Bathroom
In the bathroom there is a hair dryer, wet wipes, sunscreen, foam bath, shampoo and toiletries to make your stay more comfortable. There is also a washing machine provided in the bathroom.
Outdoor furniture, balconies etc
On the terrace there is patio furniture and there is a small closet where you can find cleaning products, shopping bags, two umbrellas in case of rain and a clothes airer.
Smoking
Smoking is not allowed inside the property, but feel free to smoke outside on the terrace or a balcony. An ashtray is provided and located in the outside cupboard. Please do not throw cigarettes from the balcony.
Towels
We have provided sets of towels for each guest to use within the property and a set of Eureka towels are provided for the pool. When you leave, please, place any used towels inside the basket in the bathroom.
Parking
You can park your car on the street in front of the complex on Calle Zeus the same side as the entrance. You can also park further along Calle Zeus using the one way system that is shown on the map below. If you require help with parking, please, contact me.

Swimming pool
The pools are open from 10:00 till 18:00, they are seawater, one is heated (25º) during the winter. You will need Rocas del Mar cards to use the pool, you can find them in the apartment next to the presentation sheet. When you are in the pool, give the cards to the lifeguards (red t-shirt) one parasol and two sun beds are provided. When you leave the pool, ask the lifeguards to return the cards.
Trash / Recycling
Garbage bins are on Calle Zeus off the complex.
Yellow for plastic, Blue for paper, Green for glass and Grey for general waste.
Check out
Please tell me the time of check out a day before you leave the apartment.
Usually I’ll meet you to pick up the keys and say goodbye. If I’m not available, you can leave the keys in the key safe on the porch beam on the terrace, I will give you the combination.
