- Do not fully tighten the bolts until you have completed the assembly.
- If you cannot find the fixing screws in the parts bag, check their fixing points on the product.
- Follow the diagram labeled “1” for the assembly order.
- Follow the diagram labeled “2” for the assembly of components C and A.
- Follow the diagram labeled “3” for the assembly of components R and G.
- Follow the diagram labeled “4” for the assembly of component D.
- Follow the diagram labeled “5” for the assembly of component E.
- Follow the diagram labeled “6” for the assembly of components J and F.

- USE THIS PRODUCT ONLY FOR SEATING ONE PERSON AT A TIME
- DO NOT USE THIS CHAIR UNLESS ALL BOLTS, SCREWS, AND KNOBS ARE FIRMLY SECURED
- AT LEAST EVERY 4 MONTHS CHECK ALL BOLTS, SCREWS, AND KNOBS TO BE SURE THEY ARE TIGHT
- IF PARTS ARE M SS NG. BROKEN, DAMAGED, OR WORN, STOP USE OF THIS PRODUCT UNTIL REPAIRS ARE MADE USING FACTORY-AUTHORISED PARTS
- FAILURE TO FOLLOW THESE WARNINGS COULD RESULT IN SERIOUS INJURY
Do not tighten bolts fully until you have completed assembly.
