Description
Thanks to its simple and quick operation as well as its robust design (cutting knife made of hardened steel/casing made of cast iron), the opener is suitable for both private and commercial use. The variable height allows the user to simply open quite large cans such as sausage cans.
Operation
-
Before using the opener for the first time, clamp its base to a table or worktop using the screw clamp, then place the can that you wish to open onto the base.
With the handle put in vertical position, there is a gap between the cutting knife and body. The can must be placed so that the body can move downwards, allowing the knife to bore itself into the top part of the can and to cut an opening. -
Now put the handle to horizontal position until the cutting knife is seated in the can, then turn it to the right. The can will turn as well until its top part is smoothly cut off. Make sure that the lid, once lifted, does not fall into the can.
-
Now put the handle to vertical position and remove the open can.
Note: After use, let the handle in the upright position so that the
spring remains untightened and the device serves longer without problems.
