Daily maintenance
Clean regularly to remove dust and sweat to protect the components. You should
clean both sides of the exposed part of the belt to avoid residue. Use a damp
cloth with soap to clean the ribbon. Do not use a cleaner. Wipe the sweat off
the handrail and the strap after use
Lubricant use
The platform and treadmill have been lubricated at the factory with an anti-
static lubricant, but we can re-lubricate it. Suggestion
- Use of – 3 hours per week—–lubricate every 6 months.
- Use 4-7 hours per week—–lubricate every 3 months.
- Use of + 8 hours per week—–lubricate once a month

and reasonable lubrication will increase the life of your treadmill.
Adjusting the belt tension
If the belt is too loose, insert the Allen key into the adjustment hole on the
left side of the belt, turn it 1/4 turn clockwise and then adjust the right
side 1 turn clockwise, repeat 4 times, note that the left and right should be
adjusted synchronously, so that the belt can be tightened and does not drift
off center. If the tape is too tight, adjust the left and right synchronously
counterclockwise.
Belt deflection adjustment
To improve the use of the belt, you can adjust it if you notice a deviation of
the direction after continuous use. To do this, adjust the bolts at the front
of the base with the Allen key provided as shown in the picture below.
In case of left-hand deviation, tighten the left-hand screw clockwise or the
right-hand screw anticlockwise.
In case of right-hand deviation, tighten the righthand screw clockwise or the
left-hand screw counterclockwise.
WARNING! The belt should not be too tight as this can cause noise and
possible damage to the engine.
Adjustment of the transmission belt
If the drive belt becomes loose, use the spanner clockwise to turn the bolt
until the belt no longer slips..
WARNING! Frequently clean any objects or dust that may fall into the
strap.
Correct arrangement of the ignition device
Do not touch the power plug or disconnect it with wet hands. When pulling on
the plug, hold the plug by the plastic part, not directly on the cord. Do not
place excessive weight on the cord. Do not wrap the cord around the machine to
avoid damaging it. If the plug, cable or connection is loose, do not use the
appliance.
