Preface
Thank you for using the mini motorcycle.
Please read this manual carefully to ensure the safety of your operation and to give full play to the best performance of the motorcycle. If you have any questions or doubts, please contact an authorized agent.
The content of this manual is based on the latest product information before printing.
This manual should not be reproduced without permission As part of the mini motorcycle, this manual should be included in the sale of the mini motorcycle.
This manual introduces the engine start-up, shutdown, operation, adjustment, and special major maintenance guidelines, etc.
The mini-motorcycle is designed for entertainment only and cannot be used as a means of transportation. The mini motorcycle is the special venue vehicle. It is forbidden to drive it on the road and we will take no responsibility of any traffic accident if occurs.

Safety Matters

Matters to ensure safe operation: If you operate the mini motorcycle according to the instruction manual, you can operate safely and reliably according to the design. Please read and comprehend this manual carefully before operating the mini motorcycle, otherwise, personnel injury or equipment damage may be caused.
Make sure you do a check before starting the gasoline engine every time to avoid personnel accidents or equipment damage. In order to prevent fire, it is necessary to ensure good ventilation. Use the mini motorcycle only when it is at least one meter away from the building and any other equipment during operation. Do not put combustible materials next to the gasoline engine.
Fuel should be filled in a well-ventilated place. The gasoline engine should be stopped when refueling. The fuel tank should not be overfilled, and fuel should not reach the neck of the tank’s mouth. Make sure the cap of the fuel tank is firmly closed. The exhaust gas from the gasoline engine contains toxic carbon monoxide gas, which you should avoid inhaling. Never run the gasoline engine in a closed room or in a poorly ventilated place.
When the gasoline engine cannot start, check the following items:

  1. Whether the flameout switch (red switch on the right handle) bounces back.
  2. Whether there is gasoline in the tank and whether the fuel pump is full of gasoline.
The mini-motorcycle is designed for entertainment only and cannot be used as a means of transportation. The mini-motorcycle is the special venue vehicle. It is forbidden to drive it on the road and we will take no responsibility for any traffic accident if occurs.

Check before Operation

  1. Note: the gasoline in the tank should not be too full. The gasoline level should only be in the position of two-thirds of the fuel tank.

  2. Check the oil level of lubricating oil for the gasoline engine. (see figure 1)

  3. Running without enough lubricating oil will cause serious damage to the gasoline engine. (capacity 120ML)
When checking the gasoline engine, stop running it and put it in an upright position.
During the running-in period, the level of lubricating oil for the gasoline engine should be checked every 10 hours and the lubricating oil should be added to the upper limit of the oil mark. Please use the special gasoline engine oil for mini motorcycles, graded SG, SF, or above.
It is recommended to use SAE10W-40 gasoline engine oil. Lubricating Oil Quantity: 0.12L Please place the gasoline engine upright to check or change the oil.
Remove the oil ruler, wipe it clean, then reinsert the oil ruler and check the oil level: the oil level should be between the scale lines of the oil ruler.
If the oil level is low, add the recommended lubricating oil to the oil scale, and then put the oil ruler back. (see figure 2)
    (3) The position of the faucet must be adjusted and the screws must be fastened before starting the motorcycle.

Start the Gasoline Engine

  1.  Press the fuel pump hard until there are no bubbles in the outlet pipe. (see figure 3)

  2. In case of cold weather or start difficulties, pull the white choke valve switch down. In general, it is fine to pull the switch up. The white switch of the choke valve should be maintained in the upward position after the engine starts. If the engine power stops during refueling, you can gradually adjust the choke white switch down (2MM each time until the engine does not have any
    power stop). (see figure 4)

  3.  Gently pull the handle of the starting rope until you feel resistance, then give a hard and quick pull.
Before pulling the handle of a newly received motorcycle, make sure the motorcycle is standing upright for more than 30 minutes. (during transportation, it is possible that the motorcycle is upside down.) It is normal to found the lubricating oil overflow in the air filter. This will not happen if you run the motorcycle for a while. (There could be a large temperature difference during transportation, which will cause the oil to be forced out of the engine mouth and flow into the tube leading to the air filter.) And if the car needs to be placed flat in the trunk of the car, it must face up on one side of the handlebar. (see figure 5) Attention: make sure you pull the starting handle quickly. If you do not pull the handle quickly, the spark plug electrode will not be able to fire, so the gasoline engine won’t start.

Run the Gasoline Engine

In order to give full play to the performance of the product, it is recommended that the new product should be run in for 15 minutes before use.

Shut down the Gasoline Engine

In general, you can take the following steps:

  1. Gradually reduce the throttle until the speed slows down.
  2. Press the flameout switch for a long time until the gasoline engine is completely extinguished. (see figure 6)

Maintenance

Please stop the motorcycle before any maintenance.
Warning: use regular parts of the mini motorcycle. The use of poor- quality parts will damage the motorcycle.
If you want the mini motorcycle to maintain good performance, you must check and adjust it regularly. Routine maintenance also ensures a long service life. For the required maintenance intervals and items, please refer to the maintenance schedule.

  1. If it is used in a dusty place, pay more attention to maintenance and replace the felt.

  2. Unless the user has the appropriate tools and the ability to repair, these items should be maintained by the mini-trot authorized repairer.

  3. For gasoline engines running for a long time, the maintenance interval must be correctly determined.

  4. Check the cam for cracks and abnormal wear. Replace it if necessary.

  5.  Steps for replacing lubricant:

  6. Drain the oil when the engine is still hot to ensure oil drainage quickly and completely.
② Check whether the fuel tank cap is tightened.
③ Remove the oil dipstick and the oil drain screw, then dump the gasoline engine to the side of the oil drain screw, and subsequently put the oil in a suitable container.
④ Install the oil drain screw.
⑤ Add new recommended lubricating oil again and check the oil level. Lubricant capacity is set at 0.12L.
    ⑥ Reinstall the oil dipstick.

◆ Maintenance of air filter: A dirty air filter will prevent air from entering the carburetor. To prevent the malfunction of the carburetor, the air filter should be maintained regularly. If the gasoline engine is running in a dusty place, it must be maintained frequently.
Danger!
Do not use flammable cleaning agents to clean the filter element, which may cause an explosion. If you use gasoline to clean the it, you must shake the gasoline dry before reinstalling it, otherwise, it may cause an explosion.
Caution!
Never run the gasoline engine without the air filter cartridge, which will cause accelerated wear of the gasoline engine.
Move the damper switch to the off position. Remove the cross screw on the air filter, then open one of the upper and lower latches of the air filter cover; afterward, remove the sponge filter element and the felt filter one in turn. Next, use non-flammable or high-flammability solvents to clean the sponge filter element and felt filter one and let them dry. Let the sponge filter soak clean lubricant and then squeeze the excess lubricating oil out. At last, reinstall the felt filter and the air filter element in turn. Reinstall the air filter cover according to the sequence of lowering the latches first and then upper-up ones and tighten it with screws.
◆ Maintenance of spark plug :
Recommend to use spark plug: CMR6A (NGK) with gap from 0.6 to 0.7mm.
Warning!
Never use spark plugs with incorrect calorific value.
In order to ensure the normal operation of the gasoline engine, the spark plug gap should be within the specified range without deposits. Never start the gasoline engine (that is, the red engine cover) without a wind deflector.
Loosen the three Phillips pan-head combination screws M516 and remove the air deflector.
Danger!
Remove the dust around the spark plug. Unload the spark plug cap and use the spark plug with a special sleeve to remove the spark plug.
Check the spark plug visually and replace it if it is obviously damaged or the insulator is cracked or defective. Use steel wire to clean reusable spark plugs.
If the gasoline engine has just been running, the muffler or spark plug is hot. Therefore, burns must be prevented.
Use a plug gauge to measure the gap of the spark plug. If adjustment is required, the side electrode should be bent for adjustment. The correct gap is from 0.6 to 0.7mm
Check whether the spark plug gasket is intact and then screw the spark plug in by hand. After the spark plug is screwed to the end, tighten it with a special sleeve to compress the gasket.
Caution!
◎ When you install a new spark plug, tighten the washer by an additional 1/2 turn. When reinstalling the used spark plug, tighten it by an additional 1/8-1/4 turn.
◎ Replace the spark plug cap.
◎ Replace the air deflector and fasten it with three M5 Phillips pan head screws.
Warning!
The spark plug must be tightened. Otherwise, improper tightening will cause the spark plug to become extremely hot and damage the gasoline engine.
◆ Maintenance spark eliminator :
Warning!
◎ If the gasoline engine has just been running, the muffler is extremely hot. Wait for it to cool down before operating it. The spark muffler must be maintained every 100 hours to maintain its effectiveness.
◎ Loosen the three Phillips pan head combination screws M5
16 and remove the air deflector.
◎ Loosen the hexagon socket bolt 2*M5 and remove the muffler.
◎ Use a brush to remove the carbon deposits from the spark eliminator net cover. Be careful not to damage the net cover. There must be no cracks or holes on the spark arrestor. Please replace it if there are any.

Handling and Storage

When moving a small sports car, the gasoline engine should be turned off. And keep the mini sports car placed horizontally to prevent gasoline overflow (if you need to put it on the side, make sure that the fuel tank do not hold too much oil and keep the hand puller side up).
Gasoline engines that have been stored for a long time and are not in use;

  1. Make sure that the storage area is not highly humid.
  2. Drain the gasoline in the fuel tank, carburetor and carburetor oil pump.
  3. Replace the lubricating oil of the gasoline engine.

 Trouble Solutions

When the gasoline engine is difficult to start: In some cases, it is difficult to start the gasoline engine after being stored for a period of time due to the thick mixture in the combustion chamber. Every time the start handle is pulled 3-5 times and the upper and lower positions of the white damper switch are used alternately.

Other reasons:

  1. Check whether the throttle cable is stuck.
  2. Whether the gasoline reaches the carburetor and is full of the fuel pump (by squeezing the fuel pump to discharge air).
  3. Whether the gasoline in the fuel tank is sufficient.
  4. Whether the added gasoline is clean (It is forbidden to use beverage bottles to fill gasoline because the impurities in the bottles will definitely make the engine unable to start. Please buy regular oil drums or directly refuel at the gas station)
If the gasoline engine still does not start, please contact the seller or agent.
