  3. Place the outer glass shade (Q), cap (O), tube (N), and decorative round ball (M) over the thread (P), then secure with the coupling (L).

  4. Place the inner glass shade (S) and metal washer (T) over the socket (R), then secure with the socket cup (U).

    Mounting the Fixture: (Fig.1)

  7. Thread two mounting screws (A) (Size: #8-321.4″L) into crossbar (B) spaced same distance apart as holes in canopy (E). Length of mounting screws (A) into crossbar (B) may be adjusted if necessary. Attach crossbar (B) to junction box (Not included) using junction box screws (C) (Size: #8-320.6”). The side of crossbar (B) marked “GND” must face out.

  8. The support cable is provided to support weight of fixture while wiring. Attach hook (D) onto end of support cable to crossbar (B). Carefully allow support cable to support the weight of fixture while wiring.
    Connecting the Wires: (Fig.2)

  9. Connect the electrical wires as shown in figure 2, making sure that all wire connectors are secured. If your junction box has a ground wire (green or bare copper), connect ground wires to it. Otherwise, connect the ground wire directly to the crossbar (B) and secure using the green screw provided.

  10. Tuck wire connectors neatly into the junction box.
