Product Usage Instructions

Important Safety Instructions

  • Ensure that all electrical connections are carried out by qualified electricians.
  • Put the product in service mode and disconnect the power before performing any service.
  • Allow the product to stop for a minimum of 3 minutes before touching any hot parts.

DANGER! All electrical connections must be carried out by qualified electricians. Put the product in service mode and then disconnect the power before service is performed.

Service mode

  1. Start the Flexit GO app and select the product you want to service.

  2. Enter the service menu (More > Service)

  3. Select ”Service mode”. The product will now make a controlled shutdown.
    The shutdown time depends on the operating mode.

  4. Switch off the all-pole switch. Service can now be carried out.

Important safety instructions

  • Before opening the door, the unit must be connected to the mains power supply, and the fans must have been given time to stop (min. 3 minutes).
  • The unit contains heating elements that must not be touched when they are hot.

Changing the rotor motor
TIP:
You need T20

  1. Undo the screw on the electric cover and take the cover off.
  2. Undo the two finger screws at the top and bottom to detach the rotor module.
  3. Detach the hose from the top nipple.
  4. Disconnect the fan (M1) and detach it from the electrical compartment.
  5. Remove the rotor motor’s quick-release contact and cable lug.

  7. Pull the rotor module.
  8. Unhook the rotor belt.
  9. Undo four screws. Fit a new rotor motor. Check that the rotor belt is at the center of the drive roller. Turn the rotor two turns to adjust the belt. NB! When the rotor motor is screwedin place again, is it necessary to use a thread locker on the screws? Check that the rubber dampers are not twisted. Stop screwing when you feel that the damper is being twisted.
  10. When the new rotor motor has been fitted, you just need to push the rotor module into place and follow the previous steps in reverse order.
    • Close the door of the unit and turn on the all-pole switch to restart the product. Start-up may take some time.FLEXIT-116182-Rotor-Motor-EcoNordic-fig-4

Changing the rotor motor

TIP: You need T20

  1. Undo the screws on the electric cover and take the cover off.
  2. Pull the cable lug in the electrical compartment out to disconnect the PE.
  3. Disconnect the rotor’s quick-release contact from the circuit board.
  4. Pull the rotor module approximately 2-3 cm out.
  5. Pull the cable bushing over the middle of the rotor out of the groove so that the cable with the quick-release contact comes too.
  6. Pull the cable bushing at the side of the rotor out as well. (Applies only to Nordic S4.)
  7. Pull the rotor module out so that you can access the screws on top of the rotor.

  9. Unscrew the screws for the rotor motor. TIP: Note which holes were used. The new rotor motor must be fixed in the same holes. (Applies only to Nordic S4.)
  10. NB! When the rotor motor is screwed in place in the rotor module again, it is necessary to check that the rubber dampers are not twisted. Stop screwing when you feel that the damper is being twisted.
  11. Lift the belt onto the rotor motor. Check that the rotor belt is at the center of the drive roller. Turn the rotor two turns to adjust the belt.
  12. Push the rotor back in. Push the cable bushings back into place. Connect the PE cable to the cable lug in the electrical compartment and the electrical contact to the main board.
    Attach the cover to the electrical compartment, close the door of the unit, and insert the plug.FLEXIT-116182-Rotor-Motor-EcoNordic-
