The Manual Coil Winder DL 1010B is an electromechanics workshop tool designed to facilitate the manual winding of motor coils or linear windings without the need for a wire guide. It is designed to be fixed to a bench for stability and ease of use.

Product Usage Instructions

  1. Fix the Manual Coil Winder DL 1010B securely to a stable bench using appropriate mounting hardware.
  2. Ensure that the faceplate is clean and free from any debris or obstructions.
  3. Choose the appropriate mandrel or arbor depending on the type of winding you wish to perform.
  4. Place the chosen mandrel or arbor onto the faceplate, ensuring it is securely attached.
  5. If performing a linear winding, insert the central arbor into the desired position on the faceplate.
  6. Position the wire end at the starting point of the winding.
  7. Rotate the faceplate manually in a clockwise or counterclockwise direction, depending on the winding requirements, while guiding the wire along the mandrel or arbor.
  8. Use the revolution counter to keep track of the number of rotations made during the winding process.
  9. Continue winding until the desired number of rotations or length of winding is achieved.
  10. Carefully remove the completed winding from the mandrel or arbor, ensuring the wire is secured and not tangled.
  11. Repeat the process for additional windings or when performing different types of windings.
