How to use

Hearing Amplifier Charging
Please charge the device with included Type-C Cable, the estimated charging time is 45 mins.
*Power adapter not included, please use regular 5V DC adapter) We recommend you fully charge the device before first use) -
TV Adapter Charging
Please charge the device with included Type-C Cable, the estimated charging time is 2hrs.
Power adapter not included, please use regular 5V DC adapter) We recommend you fully charge the device before first use)
Note TV adapter cannot be used during charging.

Connect Earphones
Please insert the included Type-C earphones in the hearing amplifier. -
Wearing.
1 Please choose suitable domes from 5/Ma size (M size is equipped by default)
2 Attach the domes to the earphones (no need if you choose M size)
3 Put the earphones in the ears

- Hearing Amplifier Power On
Switch to ‘on’ to power on the device, Voice prompts indicate battery status.
**
Note:** Please wear earphones before turning on the device.

Volume Adjustment for hearing amplifier
(1) The left and right channels can be adjusted separately, single click V+/V- button to adjust the volume until you feel comfortable.
(2) Each time you click, there will be a ‘beep’ tone, and you will hear voice prompts: “maximum volume” or “minimum volume” when reached maximum/minimum volume. -
Mode switch
A. Hearing Mode
Once power is on, the default mode is “hearing mode”, you can adjust the volume separately according to the guide above.
As for “Hearing Mode”, the Clip Pro amplifier supports two sub-modes: “indoor mode” and “Outdoor Mode”.
B. TV Mode
a. TV Adapter Connect To TV
Please connect the TV Adapter to the TV with included 3.5mm AUX Cable.
b. TV Adapter Power On
Long press the power button on the TV adapter for 3s to power on.
c. Long press the hearing amplifier ‘0’ button for 2s to switch to TV mode,
you can hear Voice prompts ‘please open TV adapter’, then wait for the hearing
amplifier to auto-connect TV adapter, once connected you will hear voice
prompts ‘TV mode’, now you can enjoy TV programs.
d. Volume Adjustment for watching TV
- Adjust the volume on the hearing amplifier (you could press either the volume control button on the left or right side, the left and right volume will stay at the same level);
- Adjust TV volume with the TV remote control.
e . You can switch back to hearing mode via long pressing the hearing
amplifier ‘0’ button for 2s.
Note: Kindly remind that the hearing mode is the default after power on,
and it will remember the volume you use last time.
FAQ
Q: How long does it take to fully charge the hearing amplifier?
A: It will fully charge in 45mins.
Q: Could it be used with other Type-C earbuds or earphones?
A: No, you need to use included earphones and type-C cable (IMPORTANT: the
earphones is customized for the hearing impaired ), in case of no sound or bad
performance problems.
Q: Hearing amplification is not good.
A: Please adjust the volume by clicking V+/V- button to your suitable volume.
Q: I could hear my own voice loudly.
A: You could adjust the hearing amplifier position to make the Mic far from
your mouth.
Q: I couldn’t hear other people talking in a noisy environment.
A: Please make sure Mic faces the people you want to hear.
Q: No sound from the receiver.
A: Please check if the Mic is blocked, or the Type-C port is blocked, make
sure the switch is slid to ‘on’.
Q: Cannot connect the hearing amplifier with TV adapter.
A: 1. Make sure your hearing amplifier and TV adapter both power on.
2. Long press the hearing amplifier ‘0’ button for 2s to change into TV mode.

Q: The volume of the TV is still not loud enough via the hearing amplifier
is at maximum Volume.
A: Turn up the TV volume using the TV Remote Control.
Q: Disconnected when Move TV adapter.
A: The connection distance is within ten meters, place the hearing amplifier
to be connected close to the TV adapter.
