Using the Device

Charging a high-power (>65W) laptop using USB-C PD port requires a SA rating USB-C cable with embedded E-mark chip.

Use PD PPSI and PO PPS2 for optimal charging.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q1: What should I do if charging is slow on PD PPS3 when Type-A2 port is in

usage?

Al: Power OFF and ON the charger to allow it to restart to redistribute the power output.

Q2:Why does the charging process keep restarting?

A2: When multiple ports are used at the same time, the power will be cut off for 2-3 times due to circuit protection. The charger will automatically restart to match the respective fast charging protocols and redistribute power output
