FOR HOUSEHOLD USE ONLY
When using electrical appliances, basic precautions should always be followed to reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, and injury to per­ sons, including the following:

  1. Read all instructions before using this heater.
  2. Surface of this heater will become hot during use. To avoid burns, do not touch hot surfaces with bare hands. Use handles when mov­ing the unit.
  3. High temperature. Keep combustible materials, such as furniture, pillows, bedding, papers, clothes and curtains at least 3 feet (0.9 meters) from the front and top of the radiator and keep them away from the sides and rear.
  4. This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including chil­dren) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given super­ vision or instruction concerning  the use of the appliance by person responsible for their safety.
  5. Do not allow to be used as a toy. Close attention is necessary when used by or near children. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the machine or remote control.
  6. Always unplug the heater when not in use.
  7. Do not operate any heater with a damaged cord or plug or after the heater malfunctions, has been dropped or damaged in any manner. Discard heater, or return the heater to an authorized service facility for examination, electrical or mechanical adjustment or repair.
  8. Do not use outdoors or on wet surfaces.
  9. Do not handle any part of the plug or machine with wet hands.
  10. Suitable for dry locations ONLY. This heater is not intended for use in bathrooms, laundry areas and similar indoor locations. Nev­er place the heater where it may fall into a bathtub or other water container. Do not use or store  here it may get wet or in the imme­diate surroundings of a bath, a shower, or a swimming pool.
  11. Do not run cord under carpeting. Do not cover cord with throw rugs, runners or the like. Do not route cord under furniture or ap­pliances. Arrange cord away from traffic area and where it will not be tripped over.
  12. To disconnect the heater, turn it off first, then remove the plug from the outlet.
  13. Connect to properly grounded outlets only.
  14. Do not insert or allow foreign objects to enter any ventilation or ex­haust opening as this may cause electric shock, fire or damage to the heater.
  15. To prevent a possible fire, do not use with any opening or exhaust blocked, and keep free of dust, lint, hair, and anything that may reduce airflow. Do not put any object into the inlet grill or the ex­haust opening as this may cause an  electric shock or fire, or dam­ age the appliance.
  16. A heater has hot or arcing or sparking parts inside. Do not use it in areas where gasoline, paint or flammable liquids are used or stored.
  17. Use this heater only as described in this User Guide. Any other use not recommended by the manufacturer may cause fire, electric shock, injury to persons or other damage to property.
  18. To prevent overload and blown fuses, be sure that no other appli­ance is plugged into the same outlet (receptacle) or into another outlet (receptacle) wired into the same circuit.
  19. lf there is a loose fit between the plug and the socket or the plug becomes very hot, the socket may need to be replaced. Check with a qualified electrician to replace the socket.
  20. lt is normal for the plug and cord to feel warm to the touch. A plug or cord which becomes hot to the touch or becomes distorted in shape may be a result of a worn electrical outlet. Worn outlets or receptacles should be replaced  prior to further use of the heater. Plugging heater into a worn outlet/ receptacle may result in over­ heating of the power cord or fire.
  21. The output of this heater may vary and its temperature may be­ come intense enough to burn exposed skin. Use of this heater is not recommended for persons with reduced sensitivity to heat or an inability to react to avoid burns.
  22. Ensure the heater is on a stable, secure surface to eliminate the po­tential of tipping it over.
  23. Always plug heaters directly into a wall outlet/ receptacle. Never use with an extension cord or relocatable power tap (outlet/ pow­er strip).
  24. Be sure that the plug is fully inserted into appropriate receptacle. Please remember that receptacles also deteriorate due to aging and continuous use: check periodically for signs of overheating or deformations evidenced by the plug.  Do not use the receptacle and CALL your electrician.
  25. Check that neither the appliance nor the power cable has been damaged in any way during transportation.
  26. Make sure that no pieces of polystyrene or other packaging mate­ rail have been left between elements of the appliance. It may be necessary to pass over the appliance with a vacuum cleaner.
  27. Do not attempt to modify or repair the product by yourself. Doing so could void the warranty and cause damage or personal injury. Only a repair technician may disassemble or repair this product.
  28. Choking hazard – This remote control unit contains a small battery. Keep the remote control away from children and do not swallow the battery. If the battery is swallowed seek medical advice at once.
  29. lf the machine is not working as it should, has received a sharp blow, has been dropped, damaged, left outdoors, or dropped into water, do not use and contact the Customer Support.
  30. Before cleaning, or storage, or when not in use, always turn the heater OFF and unplug it from the electrical outlet and allow to cool.
  31. NOTE: There may be a trace of smoke or odor when the unit is first operated. This indicates that a drop of oil fell on the heating coil during the manufacturing process. It will quickly evaporate and should not re-occur.
  32. IMPORTANT – This appliance has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other). To reduce the risk of electric shock, this plug is intended to fit in a polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does not fit fully in the outlet,  reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician. Do not attempt to rig this safety feature.

DANGER-High temperatures may be generated under certain ab­ normal condition.
Do not partially or fully cover or obstruct the front of this heater.

Operations and Functions
Place the heater on a firm, level surface free from obstructions, and at least 3ft. (0.9m) away from any wall or combustible material. Plug into an appropriate voltage AC outlet, the unit will enter standby mode with a beep and power  indicator on red. Your heater is ready for use now.

Power ON/OFF

  • Press on the heater/ remote control once to turn the heater ON with default settings: Power indicator on red, default temperature “95°F” & high heat level “HI” on LED display.
  • Press once again to turn the heater OFF with 15-second delay and countdown time on the display.

Mode / Heat Level Setting

  • When the unit is on, repeatedly press on the heater/ remote control to cycle through High (HI) ->Low (LO)-> ECO-> High (HI) modes.

ECO Mode

  • When the unit is on, repeatedly press on the heater/ remote control to select ECO mode.
  • When ECO mode is turned on, the heater will adjust the working mode (High or Low) automatically based on the ambient temperature. Both “ECO” and “HI”/ “LO” will light up on the LED display.
  • When the setting temperature is reached, the heater will stop working. Only “ECO” will light up on the display.
  • You can also adjust the temperature by pressing ( or .

Temperature Adjustment

  • When the unit is on, press ( or on the heater / remote control to adjust the temperature from 41 to 95°F (5-35°C) in 1 °F / °C increments.
  • Press and hold the buttons on the heater to quickly skip to the desired temperature.
  • Once set, the LED display will show the setting temperature.
  • When the setting temperature is reached, the heater will stop working. When the room temperature is lower than the set one, the heater will start working again.

Temperature in Degrees Fahrenheit/ Celsius

  • Press and hold and Buttons on the heater simultaneously for 3 seconds to switch the temperature display between Fahrenheit and Celsius settings.

Auto OFF Timer

  • When the unit is on, repeatedly press on the heater/ remote control to cycle through 00-> 01 -> …-> 12 -> 00-> 01 hour timer. When time is up, the unit will automatically stop running.
  • To cancel Timer setting,
    1.press and hold on the heater for 3 seconds, or
    2.adjust the timer setting to 00, or
    3.turn the unit off.

Oscillation Button

  • When the unit is on, press on the heater/ remote control to start oscillating.
  • To stop oscillating, press it again.

Auto LED Display OFF

  • Press and hold on the heater for 1.5 seconds to turn off the LED display.

  • When LED display is off, press any button to wake up the display.
    The LED display will turn off again after 120 seconds.

  • To cancel auto LED display off, press and hold on the heater for 1.5 seconds.

Other Features
Memory Function

  • If power is not disconnected, the heater will always remember your last settings (temperature & working mode) once you turn it on again.

24-Hour Auto Shut Off

  • When the heater has been working for 24 hours continuously without any other operation, it will shut off automatically.

Tip-Over Protection

  • When the heater is tipped over, the heater will shut off automatically with malfunction code “P4” on LED display and beeps.
  • Place the heater back on a flat, level and stable surface and remain upright. Then turn it on again.

Overheat Protection

  • When the ambient temperature is above 50C/ 122°F, the heater will stop heating and the overheat alarm will be triggered with malfunction code “FF” on LED display and beeps
  • Please unplug it from the power source and power it on again when the ambient temperature drops below 50°C/ 122°F.

Replacement of Batteries in Remote Control

  1. Remove the battery box cover along the indicated arrow direction.
  2. Replace with two new #7 (AAA 1.SV) dry batteries. Make sure posi­tions for”+” pole and”-” pole are correct.
  3. Reinstall the battery box cover.

CAUTION:

  • Replace with new batteries of the same type when replacement is required.
  • When not using the remote control for a long time, please take out the batteries.
  • Do not attempt to dismantle the batteries.
  • Do not dispose the batteries in fire, batteries may explode or leak.

Pairing Your Smart Heater with App

  1. Confirm that the mobile phone has been successfully connected to 2.4G Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth has been turned on.

  2. Scan the QR code or search for “Cozy Life” in the APP Store (iOS version) or Google Play (Android version), download and install the “Cozy life” APP. Open the APP, register and log in to the APP;Aspiron NB HE002 Smart Space Heater - Apphttps://dohome.doit.am/cozylife/downLoad.html
    Note:
    • If you don’t want to register an account, you can also use the APP by clicking “Experience Now” in the upper right corner of the APP.
    • If you want to share the device so that other phones can control the unit at the same time , scan the code in the sharing function of settgs.

  3. Plug the device into the socket with a proper voltage;

  4. Press and hold the “M” and “OSC” buttons for 3 seconds at the same time, and the device will enter the automatic network configuration state;

  5. Click “+” in the upper right corner of the “Cozy Life” APP, click the “Add” button, enter the “Wi-Fi account name” and “Wi-Fi password”, and click “OK”;

  6. Enter the add device page, and the APP will automatically start adding the device. After the addition is successful, “√” will be displayed on the APP. Click the “Finish” button in the upper right corner;

Note:

  • Please make sure your Wi-Fi device network connection is normal, and that you are using a 2.4GHz network. The APP only supports 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network.
  • Please make sure that the mobile phone and the device must be connected to the same Wi-Fi.
  • Make sure the Bluetooth on your smartphone is turned on and close to the device during the connection process.
  • Please make sure that the Wi-Fi account or password has been entered correctly.
  • Please make sure to complete the Wi-Fi connection within 3 minutes.
  • If 3 minutes expire, please start over the connection process.

Cleaning and Maintenance

It is recommended that the heater be cleaned at least one time during the operating season and before off-season storage in order to provide the optimum level of performance.
Always disconnect the appliance from the mains by switching it off and removing the plug from the power outlet before cleaning.

  • Turn the heater “OFF”, unplug it and wait for the heater to cool down.
  • Use only a soft cloth to gently wipe the outer surfaces of the heater clean.
  • Do not use any cleaning agents or detergents.
  • Never immerse the heater in water and never allow water to drip into the motor housing. Be sure not to wet the Heating Element and the switches.
  • For storage, you may leave the heater covered to protect it from dust. Store it in a cool, dry location and arrange the cable away from traffic areas so that it will not be tripped over or damaged.

Caution:

  • Do not allow water to run into the interior of the heater as this could result in a fire or electric shock hazard.
  • Any other servicing should be performed by an authorized service representative.

Troubleshooting

The following troubleshooting guide addresses the most common problems.

APP Troubleshooting

  1. Cannot connect to App.
    Make sure the Bluetooth of your smartphone is enabled.
    Enable the smartphone’s Location Services.
    Try connecting with another smartphone.
    Make sure your app is updated to the latest version.
    Make sure you have connected to the 2.4GHz network, and confirm the network is working correctly.
    Make sure the Wi-Fi password you entered is correct.
    Shorten the distance between the device, Wi-Fi router, and the smartphone.
    Make sure your device and the Wi-Fi router are not placed near. appliances that produce electromagnetic radiation (e.g. microwave ovens, refrigerators, etc.).
    If you are using a VPN, try turning it off and then connecting the device.
    Disable portal authentication for your Wi-Fi network. If portal authentication is enabled, this device will not be able to access your Wi-Fi network, and setup will fail. Portal authentication means that you need to sign in to your Wi-Fi  network through a web page before you can use the Internet.

  2. The device is offline.
    Make sure your router is connected to the internet, and your phone’s network connection is working.
    If the Wi-Fi password has changed, the device will automatically go offline.
    Try connecting it to the network again.
    Delete the offline device from the App, then add and reconfigure the device again in the app.

Please make sure your Wi-Fi device network connection is normal, and that you are using a 2.4GHz network. The APP only supports 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network.
Please make sure that the mobile phone and the device must be connected to the same Wi-Fi.
