Before First Use

  • Remove all the packing materials.
  • Remove and review all components before starting use.
  • Check the product for transport damages.
  • Clean the product before first use and after each use.

USE

6.1 Shaker (C)

NOTICE Always disassemble the shaker (C), the lid (B) and the cap (A) after shaking.

  1. Add the liquid ingredients into the shaker (C) and add ice or other add-ins.
  2. Place the lid with strainer (B) on the shaker (C) and close firmly.
  3.  Attach the cap (A) onto the strainer (B).
  4. Hold the shaker (C) with one hand while securing lid (B) and cap (A) with the other hand. Shake the ingredients for approximately 10 to 15 seconds.
  5.  Take off the cap (A) from the lid (B) and pour your drink through the strainer (B) into aglass.

6.2 Jigger (D)
Use the jigger (D) to measure your liquid ingredients.
6.3 Ice tongs (E)
The ice tongs (E) are used to put ice cubes into the shaker (C).
6.4 Mixing spoon and straw (F)

  • The mixing spoon (F) is used for stirring and can assist with layering of cocktails.
  •  The straw (F) is used for drinking the cocktail.

6.5 Fruit knife (G)

  • Use the fruit knife (G) to cut, slice and peel cocktail garnishes.
  • Use the knife tip to pick up garnishes.

6.6 Spring strainer (H)

  1. Take off the lid (B) from the shaker (C).
  2. Place the spring strainer (H) onto the shaker (C) and hold it in place with your index finger. The spring side should face the open top of the shaker (C).
  3. Pour your drink through the spring strainer (H) into a glass.
    Alternatively, you can use the spring strainer (H) to strain out any large particles like ice or fruit.

6.7 Bottle opener (1)
The bottle opener (1) is used to open the crown caps of glass beer bottles.
6.8 Stand holder (J)
NOTICE |Wood deteriorates quick on wet surfaces. Choose a dry surface to place the stand holder (J).
Use the stand holder (J) to store the parts.

Cleaning and Maintenance

WARNING
Risk of injury!
The fruit knife (G) is sharp. Be careful when cleaning the fruit knife (G).

7.2 Cleaning

  • Never use corrosive detergents, wire brushes, abrasive scourers, metal or sharp utensils to clean the product.
  • To clean the stand holder (J), wipe with a soft, slightly damp cloth.
  • Disassemble the shaker (C), the lid (8) and the cap (A).
  • Clean all parts made from stainless steel thoroughly in warm soapy water.
  • Alternatively, you can clean the parts made from stainless steel in the dishwasher.
  • Let all parts dry after cleaning.
  • Insert the parts in the stand holder (J).

7.3 Maintenance

Store in a cool and dry place away from children and pets, ideally in original packaging.

Problem Solution
The cocktail is too diluted with water. Use cubed ice for shaking the

cocktails. Shaking with crushed ice will produce higher levels of dilution than shaking with cubed ice.
The lid (B) is stuck and can not be removed from the shaker (C).|  Always separate the parts immediately after shaking. When metal gets cold, it contracts and the parts get stuck.
The cap (A) is stuck and cannotbe removed from the lid (B).| Tap the lining between the stuck parts against the heel of your  hand, If the parts are still stuck, pour hot water at the lining of the stuck parts.
