IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be taken including the following:
- Read all instructions before using this appliance.
- Use fan only for purposes described in the instruction manual.
- To reduce the risk of electrical shock do not immerse unit, plug or cord in water or other liquids.
- Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used near children.
- Unplug from USB outlet when not in use, when moving fan from one location to another, before cleaning. To disconnect, grip plug and pull from USB outlet.
- Avoid contact with moving parts.
- Do not operate in the presence of explosive and/or flammable fumes.
- To avoid risk of fire, NEVER place the cord under rugs or any parts near an open flame, cooking or other heating appliance.
- Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug after the appliance malfunctions, or has been dropped/damaged in any manner. Discard fan or contact customer service.
- Do not run cord under carpeting. Do not cover cord with throw rugs, runner, or similar coverings. Do not route cord under furniture or appliances. Arrange cord away from traffic area and where it will not be tripped over.
- The use of attachments not recommended or sold by the appliance manufacturer may cause injuries.
- Do not let the cord hang over the edge of a table, counter or come in contact with hot surfaces, including the stove.
- Do not use outdoors or for commercial use.
- Always use on a dry, level surface.
- WARNING: To reduce the risk of electrical shock and injury to persons, do not use in window.
- WARNING: To reduce the risk of fire or electric shock, do not use this fan with any solid-state speed control device.
- Use only with a 5 volt USB port, adapter or power supply.
- Use battery operated fan only with specifically designated battery type 18650, 3.7V, 2200mAh, 8.14Wh. Use of any other batteries may create a risk of fire.
- Do not incinerate this fan even if it is severely damaged. The batteries can explode in a fire. Never incinerate or dispose batteries into a fire. See the section to replace your battery for battery disposal instructions.

FEATURES – OPERATIONS
USING THIS FAN
This fan comes with a rechargeable battery that can last up to six hours on
LOW setting.
This fan also comes with (1) 3.9 ft Type C USB Power Cord (for power and
charging only). The USB cord can be used as a power source to run the fan
and/or to recharge the fan.
CHARGING THE INTERNAL BATTERY
Before use, please ensure that the internal rechargeable battery is fully
charged as follows:
Use a Type C USB power cable to connect the fan to the DC5V power supply to
charge the fan. The red light is on when the fan is charging, once the battery
is full charged, the green light is on and the Type C USB Charging Cable can
be removed.
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
- Clip fan or rest on a dry, solid surface.
- Press the Power button to turn the fan on or off.
- Press the power button to turn on the fan on the high speed, the speed indicator will display the three white lights.
Then press the speed button once to select the mid speed, the speed indicator
will display the two white lights, press the speed button a second time to
select the low speed, the speed indicator will display the one white light.
Press the speed button a third time to select the high speed, and in cyclical
selection.
WALL MOUNTING INSTRUCTIONS
This personal clip fan can be wall mounted by using the following
instructions.
Step 1: Select a suitable location on the wall
Step 2: Mark the correct place where the screw will be inserted. Consult
with a Hardware or Home Center Professional for the best screws for your type
of wall.
Step 3: Secure the screw almost all the way into the wall using a
screwdriver.
Step 4: Line up the hole on the back of the unit with the screw to hang
the fan. Make sure the screw is secured into the wall before carefully placing
the fan on it. Once the hole in the back of the fan is overtop of the screw,
gently push the fan downward to secure in place.
TILT ADJUSTMENT INSTRUCTIONS
To adjust the tilt angle, simply move the fan head to the desired angle. The
fan head can be manually rotated 360 degrees vertically (up and down) and
horizontally (left and right).
THIS UNIT CONTAINS LI-ION BATTERY. BATTERY MUST BE RECYCLED OR DISPOSED
PROPERLY. CHECK LOCAL AUTHORITY REGULATIONS. NEVER INCINERATE OR DISPOSE
BATTERIES INTO A FIRE.

CLEANING/MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS
Follow these instructions to correctly and safely care for this personal fan.
FAN CLEANING
- Always unplug the fan before cleaning or disassembling.
- Do not allow water to drip on or enter into fan housing.
- Be sure to use a soft cloth moistened with a mild soap solution.
- Do not use any of the following as a cleaner: gasoline, thinner, or benzene.
FAN STORAGE
It is recommended to use the below guidelines when storing this fan in the off
season.
- Store in a cool dry place.
- Protect the fan head from dust.
- Use the original box from purchase for storage.
- Fully recharge the fan before storage.
- If stored for extended periods of time, fully recharge the fan every 6 months.

1 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
This device has a limited warranty of 1 year from the original date of
purchase against workmanship and defects in material. If under normal use,
your product fails to operate, please contact our customer service department

replacement will be provided to you with proof of purchase. Star Elite Inc.
may deny claims of damage caused by misuse or modifications of this product.
