S01 Intangbo X7 Drawing Tablet
Warnings:

Do not disassemble or modify the equipment. Failure to comply with this regulation may result in heat generation, fire, electric shock or other damage, and even personal injury. Disassembling the device will void the warranty.

Avoid damaging the USB cable and excessive bending of the cable. If the USB cable is damaged or broken and comes into contact with water or other liquids, it may cause malfunction, fire or electric shock.

Connection Methods
Intangbo X7 tablet connection method:
The digital board supports connecting computers, Android devices, and
Chromebook. The specific connection method is as follows:

Computer Connection
Connect the USB Type-C cable to your computer and graphics tablet. For desktop computers, please connect to the rear USB port of the computer case.
Note: Windows 8/10/11, Mac OS X 10.12 and above, You need to install the corresponding driver for normal use.

Android Mobile & Android Laptop Connection
(1) Turn on the OTG function in mobile (laptop) settings (the default option of some devices is to turn on the OTG function, so you can ignore this step);
(2) Insert the OTG adapter into your mobile (laptop);
(3) Separately connect the cable’s USB and Type-C port to the OTG adapter and graphics tablet, and meanwhile keep the mobile (laptop) and graphics tablet upright (refer to the figure 2-2);
(4) Keep the mobile (laptop) and graphics tablet upright during working, and turn off the screen’s auto rotation function;
(5) Adjust the mode switch of the digital board to the appropriate gear, or customize the shortcut key function. At this time, you can open the painting software on your phone for painting creation.

Note: Android OS 6.0 or above and OTG support are required. Android devices do not require driver installation. Please ensure that the Android device has sufficient battery (above 20%) and follow the steps to successfully connect to use it.

Chromebook connection
(1) Connect both ends of the USB Type-C data cable to the Chromebook and the tablet as shown in Figure 2-3.
(2) Adjust the [Mode Switch] on the left side of the tablet to the [Chromebook] position.
Note: Chrome OS 88 and above, Chrome OS does not need to install drivers,
it can be used after successful connection according to the steps.
Install Drive Programs
Support the following operating systems:
Windows OS 8/10/11
Mac OS 10.12 and more advanced systems

Installation Notes:
(1) Please momentarily turn off antivirus software and firewall on computer prior to installation;
(2) Turn off all software such as Photoshop, AI and OneNote;
(3) If drivers of other graphic drawing tablets or monitors have been installed, please restart your computer after you remove them, then install Intangbo X7 drive program;
(4) Download the latest drive program on the official website of Parblo (www.parblo.com), After downloading to the computer, click the “.exe” or “.pkg” program to install it. -
Windows
(1) Connect the USB Type-C cable to your computer and graphics tablet. The indicator will be off after flashes once, which indicates a successful connection;
(2) Download the latest drive program on the official website of Parblo (www.parblo.com), After the download is complete, click “.exe” the installation package to install it;
(3) The green Parblo icon can be found on Taskbar in the lower-right corner of the screen after a successful installation. Please repeat the step 2 if you fail to find the small icon; -
Mac
(1) Connect the USB Type-C cable to your computer and graphics tablet. The indicator will be off after flashes once, which indicates a successful connection;
(2) Download the latest drive program on the official website of Parblo (www.parblo.com), Open the folder and click the “.pkg” program to install;
(3) You can find the Parblo icon in the Launchpad after a successful installation;
(4) “Permission Settings Description” will jump when you turn on the driver for the first time. File descriptions should be installed to guide your settings in case of 10.14 or more advanced systems; for systems lower than Mac 10.14, it doesn’t require such settings, and you only need to close the file;
Introduction to the Driven Page
- Windows
Find the Parblo icon on the desktop, and double click to open the drive page of the graphics tablet. You can also find the Parblo icon on Taskbar in the lower-right corner of the screen, and click to open;
(1) Pen Settings Interface
1) Pressure Test
Test whether there is pressure change during drawing in the area. 2) Pen
Settings
Here you can customize the functions of the two buttons on the digital pen,
and select the hotkey customization settings in the drop-down box;
Note:
When the digital pen is within the sensing height of the tablet working area
(below 10mm), pressing the button on the pen will trigger the button function.
When the button is pressed, the current button function prompt will be
displayed at the bottom of the screen.
3) Pressure Setting & Current Pressure
When changing the pressure sensitivity setting curve, you can adjust the
pressure sensitivity sensitivity.
The current pressure value can display the pressure sensing value.
A. The default pressure sensitivity—medium pressure
B.
High pressure sensitivity—softer pressure
C.
Lower pressure sensitivity – harder pressure

Coordinate Mode
“Absolute” indicates that the graphics tablet matches the coordinate position
on display; “Relative” means that the pen position is mapped relative to the
screen position, also known as the mouse mode, and the relative mode can
adjust the speed of the pointer movement.
5) Windows Ink
Check such function to support Windows handwriting tablet protocol, and
partial drawing software support Windows Ink function. (2) Area
Settings

Screen Settings
The pen control area can be selected to be all monitors or a single monitor; -
Full Screen
The tablet work area maps the entire area of the display; -
Rotation Settings
The use angle of the tablet can be set, the default is 0°, that is, the button is used in the left mode. When other angles are selected, the tablet needs to be rotated by the corresponding angle clockwise; -
Full Area
The entire work area of the tablet is mapped to the display; -
Display Ratio
Adjust the scale of the tablet work area according to the display scale of the monitor; -
Setting up the Workspace
You can set the effective working area of the tablet, and refer to the dynamic diagram for operation settings.
(3) Key Settings
Notes:
a. Set the input language to English when you are using shortcut keys,
otherwise some functions may fail to work;
b. The default function of shortcut keys is the selected Photoshop command.
You can set them according to your needs;
c. The middle button of the rotating ring is fixed as a button for switching
the rotating ring function.
1) Key Settings
The default setting of Parblo is the shortcut functions of Photoshop, and you
can customize the functions of K1, K2, K3 ,K4 and K5. Click the drop-down list
to select “Hot Keys” and enter the self-defined interface.

2) Rotation Settings
The
default functions of R1, R2 and R3: Mouse wheel, Canvas size (Photoshop),
Brush size (Photoshop). R4, R5 and R6 come no functions, and you can click the
drop-down list to define your settings according to your actual
demands.
3) Turn off Prompts & Disable Shortcut Keys
Check “Turn off Prompt”, and no function names will be prompted
during your use;
Check “Disable Shortcut Keys”, and keys’ functions fail to work.
4) Self-defined Options
The
default configuration is Parblo built-in buttons (Photoshop), you can click
Add to configure customized button functions for more software.
Click the added software icon to set the software’s customized
button function for the button; Select the software icon and click “Remove” to
delete the current software configuration; Click “Reset” to restore the
default settings.
(4) Configuration Settings
You
can save and read the settings by exporting & importing the configured
functions.
Note:
When all function settings are complete, you can click “Export Configuration”
to save your settings.

2) Diagnostic tools
A. The diagnostic tool can display the current “Hardware Information”,
“Environmental Information” and “Pen Coordinate Information”.
B. Click “Firmware Download” to jump to the parblo support interface to
download the corresponding firmware upgrade file.
C. Click “Firmware Upgrade” to upgrade the current product and update the
firmware version.
2. Mac
You can find the Parblo icon in the Launchpad, then click to open the drive
interface. (1) The Main Interface
1) Pen Settings
Here you can customize the functions of the two buttons on the digital pen,
and select the hotkey customization settings in the drop-down box;
Note:
When the digital pen is within the sensing height of the tablet working area
(below 10mm), pressing the button on the pen will trigger the button function.
When the button is pressed, the current button function prompt will be
displayed at the bottom of the screen.
2) Configuration Settings
Check “No Pressure” to turn off the pressure sensitivity function;
Check “No Prompt” to turn off the key/rotation function prompt;
Check “No Shortcut Key Function” to turn off the key function.
3) Rotation Settings
The default working mode is 0° (it means that it can be used on the left);
You can adjust the laying style of graphics tablet according the way that you
hold pens, and now it supports 4 working angles. 4) Pressure Settings
The change of the “Input” and “Pressure” curve will adjust its pressure
sensitivity.
The bottom pressure line shows the current pressure sensitivity value.
5) Coordinate Mode
“Absolute” indicates that the graphics tablet matches the coordinate position
on display; “Relative” means the relative mapping between the pen position and
the screen position, also known as the mouse mode. Currently, only the tablet
supports this mode, but not the pen display.
(2) Display Settings
You can select the pen to control all monitors or a single monitor.
You can select “Portion of Monitor” to adjust the area of the display
controlled by the pen.
(3) Working Area Settings
1) Full Area
It indicates that the whole working area maps the display, meaning that the
whole working area of the graphics tablet controls the current display that
has been selected.
2) Screen Ratio
A. Users can adjust the working area scale according to the display scale;
B. Users can adjust the working area size, and drag the red wireframe to
set.
(4) Key/Rotation Settings
Notes:
a. Set the input language to English when you are using shortcut keys,

(5) Configuration File
You

When all function settings are complete, you can click “Export” configuration

Diagnostic Tools

Remove Drive Programs

You can find “parblotabletsetting” in the “Start Menu-Settings-Applications- Applications and Features” interface, click Uninstall and follow the prompts to complete the uninstallation.

Mac
You can find the “ParbloTablet” file in the Finder-application to open it, find “uninstallParbloTablet” and double-click to uninstall it according to the prompts.
Frequently Asked Questions and Solutions
1. After installing the driver, it displays “device not connected”, what
should I do?
(1) Check whether the connection between the USB cable and the tablet and
computer port is loose.
(2) Check whether the digital pen and the tablet are within the effective
sensing height or whether the LED indicator of the digital tablet flickers
when they touch the tablet. If they flicker, the communication is normal. Go
to step 3; if there is no flicker, please replace the cable or computer.
Port try.
(3) Check whether there are other brands of tablet drivers in the computer. If
so, please uninstall other drivers and the installed Parblo driver and restart
the computer.
(4) Turn off the computer’s anti-virus software temporarily, and reinstall the
tablet driver. After the installation is complete, you can find the icon in
the desktop taskbar to open the driver and reconnect.
(5) If the problem cannot be solved after the above attempts, please contact
customer service.
2. The direction is wrong when drawing the line, what should I do if I
draw the vertical line horizontally?
Note: The digital board supports connecting computers, Android devices,
and Chromebook usage.
If the placement direction is not correct, there may be a problem of drawing
in the wrong direction.
(1) Connect to the computer, default horizontal screen usage, no adjustment
required.
(2) Connect the Android device, both the digital board and Android device can
only be placed vertically, and the digital board with a button end is placed
above. Adjust the mode switch of the digital board to the appropriate

(3) Connect the Chromebook computer, use it horizontally, and adjust the mode
switch of the digital board to the Chromebook position.
3. What should I do if there is no pressure feeling when painting in PS
cc?
Take PS cc 2020 as an example:
(1) Check whether the “window Ink” of the driver interface is checked. If it
is not checked, check it. (2) Make sure that the pressure sensitive setting of
Photoshop is turned on.
(3)
Select the brush tool, the brush setting window will open, check “shape
dynamics”, and under the “control” section, select “pen pressure”.

)Turn on this computer, and open it in the C drive: Users\”computer user
name”\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop 2020\Adobe Photoshop 2020
Settings\PSUserConfig.txt, the following window will pop up, put the number “0

Restart Photoshop, if there is still no pressure, go to step 6.

4. What should I do if there is no pressure in painting in sai2?
(1) Open sai 2 and select “Settings” under “Help”.

Set the minimum brush size to 0%.
5. What should I do if there is no pressure in painting in AI?
Take AI2020 as an example:
(1) Select the brush tool and open the “brush options” in the brush drop-down list.
(2) In the brush options window, select the brush size as
“pressure”

Set the pressure sensitivity variable size equal to the brush size such as
“5”, click “OK”.
6. How to set up and use Parblo Tablet driver in macOS?
macOS Mojave (10.14) system
(1) After completing the driver installation, the system will automatically pop up the following prompt when the tablet or screen is recognized for the first time:

Please click the “Open System Preferences” button, and then open “Security and
Privacy”.
(3)
On the “Accessibility” setting, click the “Press Lock” button, and then enter
the administrator password system for authorization.
(4)
Please click the “+” button, search for “ParbloTabletDriver” in the search
box, select “ParbloTabletDriver”, and then click the “Open” button.
(5)
Please click the “press lock” button to lock.
(6)
Turn off “Security and Privacy” and restart the system. When the system enters
the desktop, open “ParbloTabletSetting” on the launchpad to use it.
macOS Catalina (10.15) and higher
(1) After completing the driver installation, first set the permissions of the same “macOS Mojave (10.14) system” as above, and then on the “input monitoring” setting, click the “press lock” button to enter the administrator password system for authorization.

Please select “ParbloTabletDriver”.

Please click the “press lock” button to lock.

Turn off “Security and Privacy” and restart the system. When the system enters
the desktop, open “ParbloTabletSetting” on the launchpad to use it.
7.What should I do if the pen on the tablet does not work?
(1) Check whether the connection between the USB cable and the tablet port and computer port is loose.
(2) Check whether the digital pen and tablet are within the effective sensing height or whether the LED indicator of the tablet is flickering when touching the tablet. If it flickers, it
means the communication is normal; if there is no flicker, please try to replace the computer port or connection line.
(3) When the driver is not installed, test the pen on the tablet. If the pen can respond, go to step 4; if the pen cannot respond, go to step 5.
(4) Make sure that you have completely uninstalled the drivers of other tablets or screens in your computer, then install the drivers of this product, restart your computer and try again.
(5) Replace the new nib of the pen. If the pen can respond, there is a problem with the pen; if the pen cannot respond, go to step 6.
(6) Please connect the tablet to another computer for inspection. If the pen is working well, it is a problem with the computer operating system; if the pen still does not respond, it is a problem with the tablet.
(7) If the problem cannot be solved after the above attempts, please contact customer service.
8. How to solve the problem that the white circle can’t be drawn or the right button pops out after the pen is long pressed?
(1)Find the “Control Panel” on your computer.

Find “Pen and Touch” in “Control Panel” and open it.
(3)
Click “Long press, right-click”, and then click “Settings” to open the long
press setting window.
(4)
Do not check “Use long press as right-click” and click “OK” twice.
9. What are the Android device APPs compatible with the product?
Remarks: The Android version of the device must be 6.0 and above. The low battery of the device will affect the connection.
