Product Information
The 12 Inch Table Fan, model number 32510380, is a household appliance
manufactured by Star Elite Inc. It comes with a limited warranty of 3 years
from the original date of purchase against workmanship and defects in
material. The fan is designed for indoor
use only and should not be used for commercial or industrial applications. It
operates on a 2.5 Amp, 125 Volt fuse which is replaceable.
Product Usage Instructions
- Before using the fan, read all instructions provided in the instruction manual.
- Ensure that the fan is placed on a dry, level surface before operating.
- Do not immerse the fan in water or any other liquid to avoid the risk of electrical shock.
- Make sure the fan is fully assembled with all parts properly in place before turning it on.
- To operate the fan, plug it into a wall outlet. To disconnect, grip the plug and pull it from the wall outlet, avoiding yanking on the cord.
- Avoid letting the cord hang over the edge of a table or counter or come in contact with hot surfaces or high traffic areas.
- The fan should not be used outdoors.
- Never use the fan in a window to reduce the risk of electrical shock or injury.
Replacing the Fuse
- Before replacing the fuse, make sure the fan is unplugged from the power source.
- Grasp the plug and remove it from the receptacle or outlet device. Do not unplug by pulling on the cord.
- Open the fuse cover located on the top of the plug by using your thumb or a flathead screwdriver to slide the cover towards the prongs.
- Ensure that the fuse cover is completely open before attempting to remove the fuse.
- Carefully remove the fuse by using a small screwdriver to pry it from the compartment at the metal ends of the fuse.
- Place the plug on a solid, flat surface and insert a new 2.5 Amp, 125 Volt fuse into the fuse compartment.
- Use a small screwdriver to secure the metal ends of the fuse into the compartment.
- Slide the fuse cover closed completely. If the cover is difficult to close, press on the metal ends of the fuse to ensure it is securely in place.

A blown fuse indicates an overload or short-circuit situation. If the fuse blows, unplug the product from the outlet. Replace the fuse as per the user servicing instructions (follow product marking for proper fuse rating) and check the product. If the replacement fuse blows, a short circuit may be present and the product should be discarded or contact customer service.

THIS APPLIANCE HAS A POLARIZED PLUG (one blade is wider than the other). To
reduce the risk of electric shock, this plug is intended to fit in a polarized
outlet only one way. If the plug does not fit fully in the outlet, reverse the
plug. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician to install the
proper outlet.
DO NOT ATTEMPT TO MODIFY THIS PLUG OR DEFEAT THIS SAFETY FEATURE IN ANY WAY.
ASSEMBLY / OPERATION
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS (SEE FIGURE 1)
NOTE: MAKE SURE YOU REMOVE ALL CONTENTS OF THE PACKAGE. PLEASE CHECK PACKAGING
MATERIALS FOR PARTS THAT COULD BE REQUIRED TO OPERATE THIS FAN.
Estimated assembly time: 5–10 minutes
- Pull power cord (L) through base opening (K) and secure into notch at the back of the base.
- To assemble the base, insert the Control Panel (J) into the Fan Base (K).
- Line up the center hole of the Rear Grill (E) with the Motor Shaft (F) on the Motor Housing (G).
- Secure Rear Grill (E) to Motor Housing (G) with Rear Grill Mounting Nut (D). Turn clockwise to tighten.
- Secure Fan Blade (C) to motor shaft with the Blade Cap (B). Align blade notches and push into the shaft cross pin. Turn counter-clockwise to tighten.
- Align the Front Grill (A) with the Rear Grill (E) so the logo is in the centre. Secure in place by lightly pushing together, an audible click will confirm alignment.
CLEANING / MAINTENANCE
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

Set fan base on a dry, level , stable surface.

Plug cord into any standard 120 volt AC outlet.

The speed is adjusted by pressing the speed control buttons to the desired setting:
O- OFF
1- Low
2- Medium
3- High -
To start oscillation, press the Oscillation Knob (H) down.
To stop oscillation, pull Oscillation Knob (H) up.
TILT ADJUSTMENT
To change the tilting angle of the fan head, simply move the fan head to
manually position to the desired angle. An audible click will confirm each
angle adjustment.
FAN CLEANING
- Always unplug the fan before cleaning.
- Do not allow water to drip on or into the fan housing.
- Use only a soft cloth moistened with a mild soap solution.
- Do not use harsh chemicals such as gasoline, thinner or benzene as a cleaner.
- Do not attempt to remove the fan blade.
- Please use caution around the housing area. Do not allow the motor or other electrical components to be exposed to water.
FAN HEAD AND BASE CLEANING
Using a soft, moist cloth, with or without a mild soap solution, carefully
clean the fan base and head. Use CAUTION around the housing area.

FAN STORAGE
- Store the fan in a clean, dry location between seasons or when not in use for an extended period.
- Keep the fan protected from dirt and dust during storage.

USER SERVICING INSTRUCTIONS
Follow these instructions to safely and correctly care for this fan.
REPLACEABLE FUSE
If the (2.5 Amp, 125 Volt) replaceable fuse blows, please visit our website at
www.getholmesfans.com for information on how to order a new fuse. Follow the
below instructions to replace the fuse on the plug.
REPLACING THE FUSE

Unplug the fan.
Grasp plug and remove from the receptacle or other outlet device.
NOTE: Do not unplug by pulling on cord. -
Open fuse cover, located on the top of the plug, by using your thumb or a flathead screwdriver to slide the cover towards the prongs.
NOTE: Ensure the fuse cover is completely open before attempting to remove fuse. -
Remove fuse carefully by using a small screwdriver to pry it from the compartment at the metal ends of the fuse. (See Figure 2)

Place plug on a solid, flat surface. Insert new 2.5 Amp, 125 Volt fuse into fuse compartment. Use a small screwdriver to secure the metal ends of the fuse into the compartment.
CAUTION: Risk of fire. Replace fuse only with 2.5 Amp, 125 Volt fuse. -
Slide fuse cover closed completely.
NOTE: If fuse cover is difficult to close, make sure the fuse is completely secured in place by pressing on metal ends of the fuse.
CAUTION: Risk of fire. Do not replace the attachment plug. It contains a safety device (fuse) that should not be removed. Discard product if the attachment plug is damaged.

This device has a limited warranty of 3 years from the original date of
purchase against workmanship and defects in material. If under normal use,
your product fails to operate, please contact our customer service department

with proof of purchase. Star Elite Inc. may deny claims of damage caused by
misuse or modifications of this product.
