MEAN WELL PLC-60-12 60W Single Output LED Power Supply

Product Information

The PLC-60 series is a 60W Single Output LED Power Supply. It is a constant voltage power supply with various models available, including PLC-60-12, PLC-60-15, PLC-60-20, PLC-60-24, PLC-60-27, PLC-60-36, and PLC-60-48. Each model has a different DC voltage output and rated current. The power supply has a voltage adjustment range of 11.5V to 13V (for PLC-60-12), 14.5V to 16.2V (for PLC-60-15), and 19.5V to 22V (for PLC-60-20). The current adjustment range is 3.75A to 5.15A (for PLC-60-12), 3A to 4.12A (for PLC-60-15), and 2.25A to 3.09A (for PLC-60-20). The power supply operates with an input voltage range of 90V to 264V AC or 127V to 370V DC and has a frequency range of 47Hz to 63Hz. It has a high efficiency of up to 89% and a power factor greater than 0.9 at full load.

Product Usage Instructions

  1. Choose the appropriate model of the PLC-60 series power supply based on your required DC voltage and current.
  2. Ensure that the input voltage is within the specified range of 90V to 264V AC or 127V to 370V DC.
  3. Connect the input power source to the power supply using suitable electrical cables.
  4. Connect the output load (LED lights or other devices) to the power supply using suitable electrical cables.
  5. Adjust the voltage and current output using the provided adjustment ranges, if necessary.
  6. Ensure that the total load connected to the power supply does not exceed the rated power of 60W.
  7. Monitor the power supply for any abnormal ripple, noise, or distortion in the output. If such issues occur, check the connected load and adjust the voltage/current accordingly.
  8. For circuit breaker protection, ensure that the maximum number of power supplies connected to a 16A circuit breaker does not exceed 32 units (type B or type C circuit breaker).
