XR10 Gas Fire Unit Air Heaters

Product Information

The product is an air heater type XR+, with various optional
features and components. It includes electrical wiring connections
for different components, as shown in the electrical wiring
diagrams provided in the user manual.

Important Connections

  • C2: Modbus connection (optional)
  • C3: 0 – 10 V input (optional)
  • C4: Modulating thermostat
  • C6: ON/OFF thermostat (optional)
  • D1: Display (2 x 7 segment)
  • D2: Red and green LED
  • E1: Power line EMI filter
  • F1: Glass fuse (5 x 20 mm 5AT)
  • I1: Ignition/ionisation electrode
  • K6: External reset (optional)
  • M2: Modulated system fan (triac)
  • M3: Pre-mix fan
  • P1: Power supply (230 V)
  • S2: Pressure switch (combustion)
  • T1: Temperature sensor (heat exchanger)
  • T2: Temperature sensor (flue)
  • T4: Temperature sensor (delta-T)
  • V1: Gas valve

Product Usage Instructions

To install the air heater type XR+, follow the main connections
for installation as shown in Figure 30 of the user
manual. Ensure that all electrical wiring connections are made
correctly and securely.

If any optional features or components are included, refer to
the electrical wiring diagrams in Figure 28 (for
XR10+ – XR60+) or Figure 29 (for XR80+ – XR100+)
to make the additional connections.

Make sure to follow all safety guidelines and local electrical
codes when installing the air heater. If you are unsure about any
aspect of the installation process, consult a qualified electrician
or technician.

11.Electrical wiring diagram

A complete electrical wiring diagram is shown in figure . The connections that are most important to the installation process are shown in figure 30.
