REDMAGIC GK001J 3-Mode Mechanics Keyboard
Product Information
The REDMAGIC 3-Mode Mechanics Keyboard is a versatile keyboard that offers
three different modes of connectivity: cable mode, wireless mode, and 2.4G
wireless mode. It features a total of 100 keys, including multimedia keys for
quick access to functions such as screen brightness, mailbox, calculator, and
more. The keyboard has N-key rollover for efficient and accurate typing. It is
powered by a 4000mAh lithium battery and comes with a USB cable for charging.
The dimensions of the keyboard are approximately 405.9 mm x 145.7 mm x 42.6
mm.
The package includes the following items: Keyboard x1, Cable x1, Key Puller
x1, USB Wireless Receiver x1, Instruction Manual x1.
Product Usage Instructions
Start-up
To start using the keyboard, you can choose between cable mode or wireless mode. If using the cable mode, make sure to connect the keyboard using the provided USB cable. If using wireless mode, follow the wireless connection instructions below.
Wireless Connection
To connect the keyboard wirelessly, follow these steps:
- Press the FN key and one of the number keys (1!, 2@, 3#, 4$) to switch to the desired Bluetooth channel or 2.4G wireless channel.
- If needed, long press the same FN key and number key combination for 3 seconds to repair the channel.
Battery Level Setting
The keyboard has a battery level indicator and settings. Here are the details:
- Low power/low-power shutdown threshold: When the battery level is below 30%, the red indicator on the keyboard blinks twice in 1 second. When the battery level is below 1%, the keyboard automatically turns off.
- Charging: The keyboard can be charged in cable mode. The top of the keyboard shows the charging light and the drive shows the charge level.
Light Effect Switching
The keyboard has customizable light effects. Use the following key combinations to control the lights:
- FN + INS: Switch between different light modes.
- FN + DEL: Switch between different light colors.
- FN + (+): Adjust the light speed.
- FN + (-): Adjust the light brightness.
If there is no input on the keyboard for 8 minutes, all LEDs will turn off,
but the keys will still function normally. If there is no input for 15
minutes, the keyboard will go into Sleep mode.
Pressing any key will wake up the keyboard with key function and light effect
activated.
Resetting to Factory Settings
If needed, you can reset the keyboard to its factory settings by pressing and holding the FN + ESC keys for 3 seconds.
Description of Function Keys
The keyboard has dedicated function keys for various functions:
- FN + F1/F2: Adjust screen brightness.
- FN + F3: Access mailbox.
- FN + F4: Launch calculator.
- FN + F5: Open “My Computer”.
- FN + F6: Launch media player.
- FN + F7/F8/F9: Control media playback (previous track, play/pause, next track).
- FN + F10/F11/F12: Adjust volume (mute, decrease, increase).

Additional Features

Start-up
Wireless Connection
- FN+ 1!/2@/3#/4$ = Bluetooth 1/Bluetooth 2/Bluetooth 3/2.4G
- BlueShort prtooth 3/2.4Gess = switch to the signal channel
- Long press for 3s = re pair the channel
Battery Level Setting

Sleep

Reset
- FN+ESC Reset Press and hold it for 3 seconds to restore factory settings

No Response from Keypad Keys
- Check that the connections and drive connection version are correct.
- While connected, check if there is a connection between the keyboard battery level and the computer; for problems you cannot resolve, do not disassemble the unit by yourself, and please contact the nearest dealer immediately.
- Be sure to charge the keyboard with an appropriate charger or via computer USB port from a formal manufacturer. The charger’s specification is DC5V.
- When charging the keyboard, make sure to use a compliant adapter to avoid keyboard damage due to reasons other than product quality itself.
