Product Usage Instructions
- Mounting Plate (A) Assembly:
- Attach the Mounting Plate (A) to the desired location using Mounting Screws (B).
- Secure the Mounting Plate (A) by tightening Hex Nuts (D) onto the Studs (C).
- Grounding:
- Connect the Ground Wire to the Ground Screw (E) on the Mounting Plate (A). Never connect the Ground Wire to the Hot Wire to avoid serious injury or death.
- Use a Wire Nut (F) to secure any exposed wires or strands to prevent dangerous short circuits.
- Ensure that the Hot and Neutral Wires are not reversed, as this could result in serious injury or death.
- Fixture Assembly:
- Attach the Fixture Assembly (G) to the Mounting Plate (A) using the Ball Nut (H).
- Bulb Installation:
- Insert a 60-watt Type B Lamp (G16.5 recommended) into the Socket of the Fixture Assembly (G). Do not exceed the recommended wattage.
- Decorative Glass:
- Attach the Decorative Glass (J) to the Fixture Assembly (G).
- Power Restoration:
- Restore power to the outlet at the breaker or fuse box.

- THE INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE OF THIS UNIT SHOULD BE COMPLETED BY A LICENSED ELECTRICIAN OR CERTIFIED FACTORY-TRAINED TECHNICIAN.

- UNPACK FIXTURE, PARTS, AND PARTS BAG(S) BEFORE DISCARDING THE CARTON. MAKE CERTAIN THAT ALL PARTS ARE FOUND.
- INSPECT THE FIXTURE PRIOR TO INSTALLATION FOR ANY DAMAGE. HVLG DOES NOT PAY OR REIMBURSE ELECTRICIAN FEES. FIXTURE MAY NOT BE RETURNED ONCE IT HAS BEEN INSTALLED. SEE WARRANTY FOR EXCEPTIONS.
- PLEASE CLEAN WITH A SOFT, DRY CLOTH ONLY! DO NOT USE CLEANERS
FIXTURE INSTALLATION
- Attach the MOUNTING PLATE (A) to the junction box using the MOUNTING SCREWS (B). This fixture is designed to be mounted on a standard round or octagon junction box. The junction box must be securely mounted to the structure of the building.
- Thread the STUDS (C) onto the MOUNTING PLATE (A). Adjust the thread of the STUDS (C) so that the threads extend 3/16* beyond the FIXTURE ASSEMBLY (G), then secure with HEX NUTS (D).
- Attach the Ground wire (Green) to the ground inside the outlet box (Generally green or bare copper wire) or the GROUND SCREW (E) on the MOUNTING PLATE (A). NEVER CONNECT GROUND WIRE
- TO “HOT WIRE! FAILURE TO FOLLOW THIS COULD RESULT IN SERIOUS INJURY OR DEATH! Connect the white fixture lead to the neural (Generally white wire in the outlet box. Fasten the wires together with an approved fastener (WIRE NUT) (F). Starting 1* below the fastener, tightly wrap the connection with electrical tape so that the connection seals the end of the fastener. MAKE SURE THERE
- ARE NO EXPOSED WIRE OF STRANDS THAT COULD CAUSE A DANGEROUS SHORT CIRCUIT! Connect the black fixture to the hot (Generally black) wire in the junction box. Fasten the joined wires the same as in the previous step. NEVER REVERSE HOT AND NEUTRAL WIRES. FAILURE TO FOLLOW THIS COULD RESULT IN SERIOUS INJURY OR DEATH!
- Attach the FIXTURE ASSEMBLY (G) to the MOUNTING PLATE (A) and secure using BALL NUT (H). Screw the BULB (I) into the SOCKET of the FIXTURE ASSEMBLY (G). THIS FIXTURE IS RATED FOR 60
- WATT TYPE B LAMP (G16.5 RECOMMENDED). DO NOT EXCEED THE RECOMMENDED WATTAGE!
- Attach DECORATIVE GLASS (J) to the pin of the FIXTURE ASSEMBLY (G). Restore power to the OUTLET at the breaker or fuse box.
