FIXTURE INSTALLATION

  1. Attach the FIXTURE ASSEMBLY STEMS (L) to the FIXTURE ASSEMBLY (M).
  2. Feed the wire through the STEM (J) and twist tightly onto the WIRE BODY (K). Keep adding additional STEMS (1) until your desired hanging height is met.
  3. Slide the SLIP COLLAR (I), and CANOPY (G) onto the STEM (J), and thread the CONNECTOR (H), with the NIPPLE (F), and NUT (C) onto the top end of the STEM (J). Screw on the CROSS BAR (A) to the NIPPLE (F), and tighten the NUT (C) to the bottom of the CROSSBAR (A)
  4. Pull the wires out from the junction box and install the CROSSBAR (A) onto the junction box using the MOUNTING SCREWS (E). This fixture is designed to be mounted on a standard round of octagon junction box. The junction box must be securely mounted to the structure of the building.
  5. Trim off the excess wire to a minimum 6′ beyond the STEM (J) and strip each wire 5/8*.
  6. Attach the Ground wire (Green) to the ground inside the outlet box (Generally green or bar copper wire) or the GROUND SCREW (B) on the CROSSBAR (A). NEVER CONNECT GROUND WIRE TO “HOT” WIRE! FAILURE TO FOLLOW THIS COULD RESULT IN SERIOUS INJURY OR DEATH!
  7. Connect the white fixture lead to the neutral (Generally white) wire in the outlet box. Fasten the wires together with an approved fastener (WIRE NUT) (D). Starting I” below the fastener, tightly wrap the connection with electrical tape so that the connection seals the end of the fastener. MAKE SURE THERE ARE NO EXPOSED WIRES OF STRANDS THAT COULD CAUSE A DANGEROUS SHORT CIRCUIT!
  8. Connect the black fixture to the hot (Generally black) wire in the junction box. Fasten the joined wires the same as the previous step. NEVER REVERSE HOT AND NEUTRAL WIRES. FAILURE TO FOLLOW THIS COULD RESULT IN SERIOUS INJURY OR DEATH!
  9. Push the wires back into the junction box. Lift up the CANOPY (G) up to the ceiling, and secure it with the SCREW COLLAR (1).
  10. Push the BULB (N) into the socket of the fixture. THIS FIXTURE IS RATED FOR A 4-WATT TYPE G9 LAMP. DO NOT EXCEED THE RECOMMENDED WATTAGE! THIS FIXTURE CAN BE CONTROLLED BY A WALL-DIMMING DEVICE. ONLY USE TRIAC/ELECTRONIC DIMMER. MAKE SURE THE CARTON IS MARKED FOR USE WITH LED COMPACT FLUORESCENT-INCANDESCENT LIGHT SOURCE.
  11.  Screw on the GLASS (O) to the Shade of the FIXTURE ASSEMBLY (M)
  12.  Restore power to the OUTLET at the breaker or fuse box.
