UNPACK FIXTURE, PARTS AND PARTS BAG(S) BEFORE DISCARDING THE CARTON. MAKE CERTAIN THAT ALL PARTS ARE FOUND. INSPECT THE FIXTURE PRIOR TO INSTALLATION FOR ANY
DAMAGE. HVLG DOES NOT PAY OR REIMBURSE ELECTRICIAN FEES. FIXTURE MAY NOT BE RETURNED ONCE IT HAS BEEN INSTALLED. SEE WARRANTY FOR EXCEPTIONS. -

FIXTURE INSTALLATION
- Thread the ARM (J) to the FIXTURE ASSEMBLY (U).
- Feed the wire through the STEM (K) and twist tightly onto the FIXTURE ASSEMBLY (U). Keep adding additional stems unfil your desired hanging height is met.
- Attach the PLASTIC RING (H) inside the CANOPY (I). Place the CANOPY (I) at the top of the STEM (K) and let the CANOPY (I) slide through the STEM (K).
- Fully thread the CONNECTOR (C) on top of the STEM (K). Thread the HEX NUT (E) and the MOUNTING PLATE (A) onto the CONNECTOR (C), respectively. Secure the CONNECTOR (C) unto the MOUNTING PLATE (A) by inserting the TOOTH WASHER (D) and threading the HEX NUT (E). Lift up the MOUNTING PLATE (A) along with the FIXTURE ASSEMBLY (U) up to the ceiling and install the MOUNTING PLATE (A) onto the junction box using the MOUNTING SCREWS (B). This fixture is designed to be mounted on standard round or octagon junction box. The junction box must be securely mounted to the structure of the building. Pull the wire out from the junction box. Trim off the excess wire to a minimum 6″ beyond the STEM (K) and strip each wire 1/2″.
- Secure the CONNECTOR (C) unto the MOUNTING PLATE (A) by inserting the TOOTH WASHER (D) and threading the HEX NUT (E). Lift up the MOUNTING PLATE (A) along with the FIXTURE ASSEMBLY (U) up to the ceiling and install the MOUNTING PLATE (A) onto the junction box using the MOUNTING SCREWS (B). This fixture is designed to be mounted on standard round or octagon junction box. The junction box must be securely mounted to the structure of the building. Pull the wire out from the junction box. Trim off the excess wire to a minimum 6″ beyond the STEM (K) and strip each wire 1/2″.
- Attach the Ground wire (Green) to the ground inside the outlet box (Generally green or bare copper wire) or the GROUND SCREW (F) on the MOUNTING PLATE (A). NEVER CONNECT GROUND WIRE TO “HOT” WIRE! FAILURE TO FOLLOW THIS COULD RESULT IN SERIOUS INJURY OR DEATH!
- Connect the white fixture lead to the neutral (Generally white wire in the outlet box. Fasten the wires together with an approved fastener (WIRE NUT) (G). Starting 1″ below the fastener, tightly wrap the connection with electrical tape so that the connections seals the end of the fastener. MAKE SURE THERE ARE NO EXPOSED WIRE OF STRANDS THAT COULD CAUSE A DANGEROUS SHORT CIRCUIT!
- Connect the black fixture leads to the hot (Generally black) wire in the outlet box. Fasten the joined wires same as previous step. NEVER REVERSE HOT AND NEUTRAL WIRES. FAILURE TO FOLLOW THIS COULD RESULT IN SERIOUS INJURY OR DEATH!
- Push the wires back into the junction box. Lift up the CANOPY (I) and secure with ALLEN SCREW (L) using ALLEN WRENCH (M).
- Attach the SMALL FLOWER (N) to the FIXTURE ASSEMBLY (U) and secure using the SPACER (O) and BALL NUT (P).
- Attach the GLASS FLOWER (O) to the FIXTURE ASSEMBLY (U) and secure using the SOCKET COVER (R) and SOCKET RING (S).
- Screw the BULB (T) into the SOCKET of the FIXTURE ASSEMBLY (U). THIS FIXTURE IS RATED FOR 40 WATT TYPE B LAMP (G16.5 RECOMMENDED). DO NOT EXCEED THE RECOMMENDED WATTAGE!
- Restore power to the OUTLET at the breaker or fuse box.
