Product Information

The product is a lighting fixture manufactured by Hudson Valley Lighting Group. It is part of the Corbett Budapest collection. The product is designed for installation and comes with a hardware kit for assembly. It features LED lights for energy-efficient illumination.

Product Usage Instructions:

1. Begin by preparing the necessary tools and hardware kit included with the product.
2. Identify the mounting plate (A) and ensure it is securely attached to the wall using wall anchors (F) and wood screws (G).
3. Make sure to connect the ground screw (C) to the mounting plate (A). Never connect the ground wire to the hot wire, as this can result in serious injury or death.
4. Use the provided mounting screws (B) to attach the fixture assembly (H) to the mounting plate (A).
5. Properly secure the wires by using wire nuts (D). Ensure there are no exposed wires or strands that could cause a dangerous short circuit.
6. Never reverse the hot and neutral wires, as this can result in serious injury or death.
7. Once the fixture assembly is securely mounted and wired, carefully adjust and position it as desired.
8. If any parts need replacement, refer to the hardware kit included in the package. The replacement part name is “Hardware Kit” with the corresponding part number HDW.

HVLG DOES NOT PAY OR REIMBURSE ELECTRICIAN FEES. FIXTURE MAY NOT BE RETURNED ONCE IT HAS BEEN INSTALLED. SEE WARRANTY FOR EXCEPTIONS.
• PLEASE CLEAN WITH A SOFT, DRY CLOTH ONLY! DO NOT USE CLEANSERS.

FIXTURE INSTALLATION

1. Determine the location for the lamp. Using the MOUNTING PLATE (A) as a template, mark the location of the holes for the WALL ANCHORS (F).
2. Drill the appropriate size holes for the WALL ANCHORS (F). (the holes should be slightly smaller than the size of the anchors.) Install the WALL ANCHORS (F) to the hole.
3. Attach the MOUNTING PLATE (A) onto the junction box using the MOUNTING SCREWS (B). This fixture is designed to be mounted on 2X3 Junction box. The junction box must be securely mounted to the structure of the building. Screw in the WOOD SCREW (G) to the anchors.
4. Attach the Ground wire (Green) to the ground inside the outlet box (Generally green or bar copper wire) or the GROUND SCREW (C) on the MOUNTING PLATE (A). NEVER CONNECT GROUND WIRE TO “HOT” WIRE! FAILURE TO FOLLOW THIS COULD RESULT IN SERIOUS INJURY OR DEATH!
5. Connect the white fixture lead to the neutral (Generally white wire in the outlet box. Fasten the wires together with an approved fastener (WIRE NUT) (D). Starting I” below the fastener, tightly wrap the connection with electrical tape so that the connections seals the end of the fastener. MAKE SURE THERE ARE NO EXPOSED WIRE OF STRANDS THAT COULD CAUSE A DANGEROUS SHORT CIRCUIT!
6. Connect the black fixture leads to the hot (Generally black wire in the junction box. Fasten the joined wires same as previous step. NEVER REVERSE HOT AND NEUTRAL WIRES. FAILURE TO FOLLOW THIS COULD RESULT IN SERIOUS INJURY OR DEATH!
7. Attach the FIXTURE ASSEMBLY (WITH LED) (H) to the MOUNTING PLATE (A) and secure with the SET SCREWS (E).
8. Restore power to the outlet at the breaker or fuse box.
