SAFETY ADVICE AND WARNING
- Before using the product for the first time, wash it with warm water and a few drops of detergent, and dry it.
- Do not use abrasive, solvent-based products or products with an acid or alkaline pH such as bleach for cleaning the appliance.
- Follow the same procedure to clean the appliance after use.
- Let the pot cool down before washing.
- To keep the non-stick treatment in good condition, do not use metallic or sharp utensils on it. Use wooden, silicone or heat resistant plastic utensils. For better energy efficiency, it is recommended to use a heat source that is best suited to the diameter/ dimension of the product. The temperature of the pot, including the handles, may be high during cooking.
- Use the necessary protection to avoid burns.
- Do not let the pot run out of liquid while it is on the heat source. The sand-colored enameled surface is not the most suitable for dry firing.
- We recommend cooking over constant medium or low heat to take care of the cast iron and enjoy the best results, even when it comes to frying or browning over high heat. Just use high temperatures to boil pasta or vegetables or to reduce broths or sauces.
- IMPORTANT: Continued use on gas fires can cause color changes in the exterior coating material.
- Heat sources: Oven, grill, electric hob, ceramic hob, gas and induction hob.
