Product Information

• This product is a lighting fixture manufactured by Hudson Valley Lighting Group. It is part of the Corbett Pietra collection.
• The fixture comes with LED lights and includes various components such as a mounting plate, mounting screws, a chain, a loop, a canopy, an alabaster ring, glass, and a finial.
• If any part of the fixture needs replacement, a hardware kit is available which includes the necessary components.

Product Usage Instructions

1. Begin by installing the mounting plate (A) using the provided mounting screws (B).
2. Attach the chain (H) to the fixture assembly (with LED) (I).
3. Connect the chain (H), loop (G), and canopy (F) to the mounting plate (A).
4. Make sure there are no exposed wires or strands that could cause a short circuit.
5. Connect the ground screw (C) to the mounting plate (A). Never connect the ground wire to the hot wire to avoid serious injury or death.
6. Do not reverse the hot and neutral wires to prevent serious injury or death.
7. Secure the set screws (E) on the canopy (F).
8. Attach the alabaster ring (J) to the fixture assembly (with LED) (I).
9. Attach the glass (L) to the fixture assembly (with LED) (I).
10. Secure the finial (M) to complete the installation.

• TO AVOID THE RISK OF FIRE OR SHOCK, FIXTURE MUST BE INSTALLED IN COMPLIANCE WITH ALL APPLICABLE NATIONAL AND LOCAL ELECTRICAL/BUILDING CODES. THE INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE OF THIS UNIT SHOULD BE COMPLETED BY A LICENSED ELECTRICIAN OR CERTIFIED FACTORY TRAINED TECHNICIAN.
• CALIFORNIA PROP 65: THIS LIGHTING FIXTURE CONTAINS CHEMICALS KNOWN TO THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA TO CAUSE CANCER, BIRTH DEFECTS, AND/OR OTHER REPRODUCTIVE HARM. WASH HANDS AFTER USE.
• UNPACK FIXTURE, PARTS AND PARTS BAG(S) BEFORE DISCARDING THE CARTON. MAKE CERTAIN THAT ALL PARTS ARE FOUND. INSPECT THE FIXTURE PRIOR TO INSTALLATION FOR ANY DAMAGE. HVLG DOES NOT PAY OR REIMBURSE ELECTRICIAN FEES. FIXTURE MAY NOT BE RETURNED ONCE IT HAS BEEN INSTALLED. SEE WARRANTY FOR EXCEPTIONS.
• PLEASE CLEAN WITH A SOFT, DRY CLOTH ONLY! DO NOT USE CLEANSERS.

Installation Instructions

FIXTURE INSTALLATION

1. Attach the MOUNTING PLATE (A) onto the junction box using the MOUNTING SCREWS (B). This fixture is designed to be mounted on standard round or octagon junction box. The junction box must be securely mounted to the structure of the building.
2. Open the end link on the CHAIN (H) and attach to the loop on the FIXTURE ASSEMBLY (WITH LED) (I). Hang the FIXTURE ASSEMBLY (WITH LED) (1) on the CHAIN (H) at your desired height, and remove excess CHAIN (H).
3. Feed the wire through the CHAIN (H) , LOOP (G), CANOPY (F) and MOUNTING PLATE (A).
4. Open the top link on the CHAIN (H), and Hang the FIXTURE ASSEMBLY (WITH LED) (I) to the LOOP (F).
5. Cut off excess wire, and strip the insulation off the end of the leads.
6. Attach the Ground wire (Green) to the ground inside the junction box (Generally green or bar copper wire) or the GROUND SCREW (C) on the MOUNTING PLATE (A). NEVER CONNECT GROUND WIRE TO “HOT” WIRE! FAILURE TO FOLLOW THIS COULD RESULT IN SERIOUS INJURY OR DEATH!
7. Connect the fixture lead the ridges) to the neutral (Generally white wire in the outlet box. Fasten the wires together with an approved fastener (WIRE NUT) (D). Starting I below the fastener, tightly wrap the connection with electrical tape so that the connections seals the end of the fastener. MAKE SURE THERE ARE NO EXPOSED WIRE OF STRANDS THAT COULD CAUSE A DANGEROUS SHORT CIRCUIT!
8. Connect the smooth fixture leads with to the hot (Generally black) wire in the junction box. Fasten the joined wires same as previous step. NEVER REVERSE HOT AND NEUTRAL WIRES. FAILURE TO FOLLOW THIS COULD RESULT IN SERIOUS INJURY OR DEATH!
9. Push the wires back into the junction box. Lift up the CANOPY (F) up to the ceiling, and secure with the SET SCREWS (E).
10. Lift the ALABASTER (J) up to the FIXTURE ASSEMBLY (WITH LED) (I) and secure with the RING (K).
11. Lift the GLASS (L) up to the FIXTURE ASSEMBLY (WITH LED) (I) and secure with the FINIAL (M).
12. Restore power to the outlet at the breaker or fuse box.
