Installation Tools Required

Vehicle used for installation:
Isuzu D-Max 2019 -> (RG01)
Some differences may occur between different car and year models.

ZDSKI1 Installation 1

Tools required:

1. Pull up the tweeter panel

2. Unscrew the two screws (PH2)

3. Disconnect the tweeter connector

4. Cut the tweeter mounting plate Tools required:

5. Place the plate on the tweeter

6. Lock the plate by turning it

7. Connect the speaker connector

8. Screw the tweeter into place (PH2) ZDSKI1 Installation 3
   Tools required:

9. Put back the tweeter panel

10. Repeat on the other side

11. Door panel removal

12. Remove the door handle panel ZDSKI1 Installation 4
    Tools required:

13. Remove the armrest

14. Unscrew the screw

15. Remove the window switch panel

16. Remove the connectors ZDSKI1 Installation 5
    Tools required:

17. Unscrew the screw

18. Unscrew and remove window panel

19. Unscrew the screw

20. Remove the door panel ZDSKI1 Installation 6
    Tools required:

21. Remove door opener cables

22. Set the door panel aside

23. Unscrew the OEM speaker

24. Screw the speaker adapter ZDSKI1 Installation 7
    Tools required:****

25. Connect the speaker connector

26. Cable tie the cables together

27. Screw the speaker into the adapter

28. Reassemble the door in reverse order
