Safety Precautions (Please read carefully and follow these safety

precaution)

  • Please observe the following safety precautions when using this appliance:
    • Failure or negligence in observing these safety precautions could cause fire, electric shock or personal injury.
  • Make certain that the power source conforms to the electrical requirements of the fan. (220-240V ~50-60Hz)
  • Do not put the fan under the power socket when using the fan.
  • To reduce the risk of electric shock, this plug is intended to fit in a correct outlet.
  • This appliance is intended for household indoor use only.
  • This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision.
  • The appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety. Children should be under supervision to ensure they do not play with or climb on this appliance.
  • Do not pinch, bend, or twist the power cord excessively, otherwise, the core conductors may be exposed or broken. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the Shun Hing Electric Service Centre Limited in order to avoid the hazard. Do not pull the cord when removing the power plug. It may cause power cord damage, electric leakage and other hazards.
  • Locate the power cord so the appliance or other objects are not resting on it. Do not cover power cord with carpeting, clothes or other similar objects. Arrange power cord away from room traffic and where it will not be tripped over.
  • Wipe off dust on the plug periodically and make sure the plug is fully inserted in the socket, otherwise, these may lead to the risk of electric leakage.
  • Never touch the fan with wet hands to avoid electric shock.
  • Do not block or tamper with the appliance in any manner while it is in operation. Do not insert fingers or allow other objects to enter any ventilation or exhaust opening as it may cause an electric shock, short circuit, fire or damage to the appliance.
  • Please do not put the air intake and outlet of the fan close to the wall or curtain, otherwise the air flow will be blocked and affect the fan performance.
  • Always place this appliance on a stable, flat, level surface when operating, to avoid the chance of the appliance overturning.
  • Do not use the fan under the following situation: Near gaseous fuel cooker/ Place full of inflammable gas/ Place expose to rain or water pour/ Near insecticide/ Oil corrosive solvent/ High temperature/ High humidity/ Near chemistry, oil, dust area
  • Do not cover the fan in order to avoid overheating.
  • If the supply cord is damaged or there is product malfunction, please contact Shun Hing Electric Service Centre Ltd. for check and repair to avoid a hazard. Do not arbitrarily disassemble or replace the parts. Disassembly or modification without permission will affect the safety of the product.

  • Avoid any shocks, frictions or concussions to the fan.
  • Do not use the fan in the sunshine.
  • Please do not pour water into the machine or hang wet clothes over the machine so as to avoid current leakage and electric shock; Please do not put flammable materials and wet clothes covered on the air outlet so as to avoid risk of fire or electric shock.
  • Please do not spray solvent or flammable liquid to the fan as it may cause damage to the fan.
  • Please shut down the machine before the user leave the machine so as to avoid accidents.
  • Avoid continuously exposure of direct wind from the fan especially to the elderly, infant and patients.
  • The power must be cut off and unplugged before cleaning or maintenance. Ensure that the fan is switched off from the supply main before removing guard/ cover.
  • Please clean the machine by using a damp cloth or a damp cloth with some mild detergent, do not use corrosive detergent or solvent and such similar cleaning products, do not pour water into the machine.
  • If it occurs problems of abnormal sound or uneven wind speed after using for some time, perhaps there is too much dust in the air intake grid and make the air flow blocked, the fan could get right by cleaning the fan with a plastic brush.
  • Cut off the power if the unit is not used for a long period of time. Pull out the plug, pack the fan well to protect it away from dust and keep it in the dry, well-ventilated and clean place.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Always unplug the unit before moving or servicing. Unplug the unit and wait until the fan stop running before cleaning.

Additional Advices

  • Clean the fan every month.
  • Do not immerse the power cord, plug and the whole unit into water or rinse under the tap.
  • Do not use gasoline, benzene, thinner, poisonous or corrosive detergent to clean the unit to avoid damage of the appliance.
  • Please use a tubular cleaner, dust remover or vacuum cleaner to remove dust from the rear cover.
  • Use a damp cloth to gently clean the outer surface of the fan.
  • After cleaning, the product must be completely dry before connecting to the power supply.
  • If the fan will not be used for a long time, store it in the cool, dry and safety place. During storage, never wrap the power cord tightly around the appliance or put any pressure to the power cord so as to avoid power cord damage.

Disassembly of the blades & front guard

  1. Use a screwdriver to loosen and then take out a screw on the right side of the back guard.

  2. Hold the rear guard and turn the front guard anti-clockwise to the left and remove it.

  3. Hold the blade and rotate the knob clockwise direction.

  4. You can clean inside after removing the blade and front guard.
    The front guard (inner lids of aroma box must be removed) and blade can be cleaned. Please be sure to store in a dry environment after cleaning.

Installation Instruction

  1. Assembly of base, middle tube and unit top
    The middle tube can be removed or installed, and the height can be adjusted freely.

  2. Installed middle tube
    When the product height needs to be increased

  3. Put the base on a stabe position.

  4. Insert the middle tube into the base.

  5. Insert the unit top into the middle tube.

  • In steps ➀ ➁ ➂ , please be ware of the mounting direction of middle tube and unit top.

    When the product height needs to be decreased

    1. Put the base on a stable position
    2. Insert the unit top into the base
      Please be ware of the mounting direction of the base and unit top.
      Please store the middle tube properly when it is not in use
      *Press the lock button to remove the unit top and middle tube.

How To Use

Preparation before use

Installation of Battery

➀ Pull out the battery case from the main body of the remote control and pull out the battery holder from the gap.
➁ Insert into the coin lithium battery; keep the positive pole upwards (CR2032).
➂ After inserting the battery, slide the battery box, then insert and fix the battery box.

Function

Place the fan on a stable flat surface. Insert the plug into a 220V-240V ~50-60Hz electrical power supply outlet. Press the buttons on the control panel or the remote control to select functions.

[ON/OFF]

| Insert the plug, you can hear “Bi, Bi” alarm sound.

Press the On/Off button to start running. The default fan speed is 1, oscillation function is disable.

[Up & Down **Oscillation]**

| Press the button to activate or deactivate up & down oscillation during operation.

*This unit is not allowed for manual adjustment of air flow direction. After connected to power, make use of up & down oscillation function to adjust air flow direction.

[Natural/Sleep wind Mode]

| Press the button on the unit or remote control during operation to select natural wind mode or sleep mode.

Natural wind mode

  • Adjust air volume and imitate natural wind.
  • Change air volume by switching the speed button on the main unit or remote control.

The natural wind mode operates as follows:

Super strong (Volume 7, 8) – Super
strong ➔ Strong➔ Moderate ➔Weak➔ Change with time
– Strong (Volume 5, 6) – Strong ➔Moderate➔ Weak➔ Change with time
– Moderate (Volume 3, 4) – Moderate ➔Weak➔ Change with time
– Weak (Volume 1, 2) – Feeble, same with natural wind

Sleep mode

Press this function key to enter the relative natural wind gear, reduce 1 natural wind gear every 30 minutes, and finally stay at the lowest natural wind speed.

Light off mode

Press and hold the natural/sleep button (3 seconds or more) on the control panel or remote control to set the light off mode and tum off the indicator lights. Press the button on the control panel or remote control again to release the light off mode, and the indicator lights will light up and flash with normal brightness.

[Speed]

| The fan volume has 8 levels. The fan speed button on the main unit or on the remote control can be used to adjust. Press the fan speed button each time, the fan volume will increase by one level. After the fan volume is 8, the fan volume is restored to 1.

[Timer]

| Activate the timer ( 1 / 2 / 4 / 8 hours), the corresponding time indicators light up.
[Left & Right Oscillation]| If you press the left/right oscillation button during operation, the unit will swing left and right (around 30°160°190°). Each time you press the left/right oscillation button, the swing angle will change, and the indicator light will change accordingly.

*This unit is not allowed for manual adjustment of air flow direction. After connected to power, make use of left & right oscillation function to adjust air flow direction.

Additional Function :

  1. Indicator Light Dimming Function : After 60 seconds no operation change on control panel or remote control, all indicator lights dim automatically. Press any button on control panel or remote control again, deactivate indicator light dimming setting, the indicator lights will light up and flash with normal brightness.
  2. Auto Power Off Function : After 12 hours of continuous operation without pressing any button on control panel or remote control, the fan will turn off automatically.

Precaution

  • The machine has memory function in uninterruptible power on state. Without power off, when you turn on the unit again, it will operate at the last setting before turn off.
  • It is forbidden to manually adjust the fan head direction, otherwise the automatic head swing of the product may not move smooth or may be damaged.

Or 3) it is not a fixed installation on land. Or 4) the normal operation of the fan is affected by improper installation. Or 5) the domestic model of fan is used for industrial or commercial purpose. Or 6) the change of location or ownership of the fan and did not inform Shun Hing Electric Service Centre Limited.
