Overview

How to pairing the two earbuds with my phone.

(Please make sure that both the Earbuds and the Charging Case are completely charged before using them for the first time.)

Step 1 – Pick up both earbuds out of the charging case, the earbuds will automatically power on and link with one another. Two earbuds with a slow flashing white light means the earbuds can be paired with the device.

Step 2 – Activate Bluetooth on your phone, then search for and connect to “K88.”

The sound “connected” will be heard if you have the earbuds on. The indicator light on the earbuds shifts from slow flashing to unlit indicating the connection is complete.

Tips:

  1. If you’re having trouble connecting both earbuds with your phone, place them back in the charging case and repeat the instructions above.
  2. These earbuds may be used independently as well as together. Simply remove one of the earbuds from the case and connect it to your phone.
  3. If you wish to connect to a new device, please switch off the Bluetooth on your prior phone.
  4. The earbuds will automatically turn off if it has not been linked with your phone for more than 4 minutes. You may manually turn it on by holding down the MFB button for around 4 seconds until you hear the prompt “power on’:

Automatically re-connection: When the earbud is picked up, it connects to the most recently paired device by default.

Tap 2 sec on either earbud to activate

Hold down ” + ” button on either earbuds

How to wear the earbuds correctly?

Please choose the correct size of ear-tips before wearing them.
How to wear

Step 1: Insert the earbuds inside the ear canal.

Step 2 : Hook the earhook behind your earlobe.

Step 3 : Adjust the angle and insertion to find your most comfortable fit.

(The earhooks are adjustable so you can bend them to fit the shape of your ears.)

How to place earbuds?

marks on the digital panel of the earbuds LED display is flashing and the earbuds indicator light is constantly on if placed correctly.

Power On:

Auto Power On: Pick up the earbuds from the charging case, the earbuds will
automatically power on and be ready to pair and connect.

Manual Power On: If the earbuds are not in the charging case, please hold down the MEB of the earbuds for 3 seconds.

Power Off:

Auto Power Off: Put the earbuds back into the charging case, the earbuds will
automatically power off and enter charging mode.

Manual Power Off: Please hold down the MFB of the earbuds for 4 seconds.
(Note: Please pause the music before manual power off.)

Charging

Charging for the case

Method 1: Use type-C charging cable (provided) to connect an adapter (not provided) to your charging case.

Method 2: Put the charging case on the wireless charger (not provided). Please keep the LED power display facing up, the charging case can be charged automatically.

Note: for method 2, please place the charging case on the wireless charger until the LED power display flashes, which indicates the case is being charged.

Earbuds Charging

Only after you correctly set the earbuds in the charging station do they begin to charge. (You may charge both the charging case and the earbuds at once, or charge the charging case first and then the earbuds.)

  1. When the earbuds are being charged, the LED light on the earbuds will turn white.
  2. When the earbuds are fully charged, the charging case will stop. charging them and the LED light will turn of

Charging Warning:

  1. Because of the oxidized magnet connector, the earbuds are unlikely to charge or even turn on after a period of usage. You may solve this problem by cleaning the magnet connector on the earbuds and charging case with an alcohol pad.
  2. When you put the earbuds back into the Charging case, it turns off,  disconnects,  and begins charging, Naturally, when you pick up the earbuds, they will turn on and pair with your phone automatically.

Factory Restore Setting.

Earbuds need to be reset in the following circumstances:

  1. 1, Only one earbud plays music,
  2. 2, Both earbuds stop working,
  3. , Any connectivity issues.

Try the following steps to reset your earbuds: Before Reset. 1)

  1. Please make sure there is no microwave oven or Wifi around you,
  2. Please make sure the earbud is within 33 feet of your device,
  3. please use the alcohol pad to clean the earbuds’ charging contacts and the charging pins on the charging cases.
  4. Charge for 10 minutes with two earbuds in the charging case, making sure marks on the digital panel of the earbuds LED display is flashing and the earbuds indicator light is constantly on.

Step 1: Turn off Bluetooth on all devices that are close to the earbuds.
Step 2: Pick up one earbud from the charging case, it will automatically turn on.
Step 3: To reset the earbuds, hold down the MFB button for 10 seconds,

  • at 2 seconds: You will hear the voice prompt “di”;
  • at 2 seconds: You will hear the voice prompt “di”;
  • at 4 seconds: you will hear the voice prompt “power off”;
  • at 8 seconds: You will hear the voice prompt “power on”;
  • at 10 seconds: You will hear the voice prompt “di” again;

(When you hear this sound, you’ve completed the reset.)
Step 4 : Repeat step 3 to reset the other earbud.

  • Note: Since your device will automatically wipe the pairing record with the earbuds after resetting, Customers are recommended to remove the Bluetooth connection record “K88” on the phone before re-pairing with them after the resetting process,

Safety Instruction

  1. Using earbuds at higher volumes for long periods of time might cause irreversible hearing loss. For your safety, it is recommended that you keep volume levels as low  as you can to maintain your auditory enjoyment.
  2.  Do not use earbuds when driving a car, cycling, operating machinery, or engaging in other activities that need hearing ambient noise.
  3. Do not use earbuds during thunderstorms since they may not operate correctly and increase the risk of getting struck by lightning.
  4. In high-temperature or high-humidity environments, earphones may not operate correctly, To clean the earphone, do not use any corrosive cleaners or oils.
  5. Wipe the earphone clean if it comes into touch with liquids.
  6. If the earphone has been submerged in water, do not use it until it has completely dried (Tips: liquid submersion voids the warranty.)
  7. Keep the earphones and their packaging out of children’s reach,
  8. For charging, please use the original charging wire provided by the earphone manufacturer or a Type-C cable.

Storage and Maintenance

  1. If you haven’t used the earphones in over 3 months, we recommend charging them.
  2.  Only use FCC (Federal Communications Commission) certified chargers.
  3. Earbuds should not be disassembled.
  4. Users under the age of six must be supervised by an adult.
  5. Do not clean this product with oil or any other volatile solvent.

Frequently questions & answers

Why is the volume of the earbuds so low? | tried adjusting the earbuds’ volume controls, but not working? I’ve also put iPhones and Android phones to the test. It’s possible with an iPhone, Why can’t Android do so

Well, unfortunately, Android is incapable of doing so. Because the iPhone and Android operating systems employ distinct protocols, the iPhone system can overcome this, but Android’s can not. If you’re using an Android phone and you’ve turned up the volume on the earbuds to maximum, but you still believe it’s a bit low, you may try adjusting the volume on your phone. | hope this response clears things out for you. If you have an iPhone, try deleting “k88” from your phone and reconnecting these earbuds with your phone.

Why are my Bluetooth earbuds cutting in and out so frequently?

The issue might be caused by a number of factors. For example, consider
(1) a low battery. When the battery of your earbud is low, it will cause more disconnections. Many of these concerns with cutting out may be avoided by keeping it fully charged. All you have to do now is charge it up
(2) Beyond the Bluetooth range. If the distance between your Earbuds and the device to which you’ve connected them is too large, your connection may break. If possible, keep the distance between the earbuds and your device under 33 feet (without obstacle),
(3) Check to see whether there is a microwave oven or WiFi nearby, since they are more likely to cause electromagnetic interference and cause signal disruption.
(4) If the distance is within 33 feet, apply the following steps:
Replace the earbuds in the case and close it; delete “«88” on your phone,
Open the case and reconnect the earbuds with your device after 10 seconds. If the earbuds still won’t pair with your device after reconnecting, attempt the instructions below to reset them.
Step 1 : Deactivate the Bluetooth setting of all devices nearby the earbuds.
Step 2 : Pick up one earbud from the charging case, the earbud will turn on automatically,
Step 3 : Hold down the MFB button for 10 seconds to reset the earbud: (You will hear the voice prompt: “di”—-“power off”—”power on”—”di”) Step 4: Repeat Step 3 to reset another earbud.

Are these earbuds sweatproof and waterproof?

These earbuds are IPX5, which means it is sweatproof and slightly waterproof. However, we do not recommend immersing earbuds in water because they are electrical products.

Why aren’t these earbuds compatible with my phone?

1, Check that the earbuds are completely charged and turned on. Please make sure the Bluetooth is enabled on the phone, 3, then re-insert the earbuds into the charging case and close the case, holding on for 1 minute, then open the charging case and reconnect the earbuds with your phone.

Why can’t the earbuds be charged or disconnected with my phone, even when they’re in the case and I’ve closed it?

Please ensure that the charging case does not have a low battery level; if it does, the earbuds will not be charged. So, please use the type-c cable to fully charge the case Earbuds will be disconnected and charged if the earbuds are correctly placed in the charging case. BTW, if you frequently workout with the earbuds, perspiration will quickly corrode the metal contacts and prevent them from charging. To prevent oxidation, consider cleaning the metal contacts of the earbuds with an alcohol pad.

Is it possible to connect each earbud to different devices at the same time?

Step 1: Before attaching two earbuds to two distinct devices, make sure they’re at least 10 meters away,
Step 2: Connect one of your earbuds to your first device. Then, at a distance of 10 meters from the first earbud, link the other earbud with the second device

After the connection is successful, even if the two earbuds are close together they will not interfere with each other.

Note: When you place both earbuds back into the charging case and take them out simultaneously, they will connect to the left earbuds’ linked device.
