Product Usage Instructions
Priming the CTV-1501
- Ensure that the water supply is turned on.
- Submerge the cleaning tool under the surface of the water in the cooling tower basin.
- Open the prime valve to purge the air from the inlet hose.
- Wait until the air bubbles stop.
- Go back to the machine and turn the power switch on.
- Partially open the outlet valve.
- Close the prime valve when a full column of water is flowing.
- Begin vacuuming the basin, keeping the cleaning tool under the surface of the water.
- If the unit fails to prime, consult the Operating and Maintenance Manual.

Note: The CTV-F2 Optional Filter is sold separately and can be used with this product for enhanced performance and filtration.

PRIMING THE CTV-1501
- With the water supply turned on, submerge the cleaning tool under the surface of the water in the cooling tower basin.
- Open the prime valve to…

- When the air bubbles stop, go back to the machine and turn the power switch on and partially open the outlet valve.
